Europa is also my favorite non disney park in the world. I loved that place and could easily go back today. Great resort, great park, great fountain. Rich "Kids like water on their privates" Bitner -

GEEK TIME!! (Please ignore this post if you have no interest in magnetic braking systems...). I did my Physics coursework on induction braking this year so I understand at least the basics of it Due to various boring laws of induction, the braking force excerted on the train will be proportional to the speed of the train as it enters the brakes, this can be assumed as a percentage drop in speed (where the percentage is determined by the distance between the magnets). Basically the brakes dont slow you down by a set speed, but you're right in that if you go in faster, you come out faster Wow! another episode of talkin brakes with Dave. It's like I am back in Europe again. Make sure you tell Robb the difference between Rita and Desert race. Oh and Dave.....Traysh. -

Whatever Joe, he is from Germany and we're from the Midwest I still think he has a better chance to have rode it on a good day. -

So out of aprox. 2000 coasters you would rank it as a lower top 10 ride, so 8,9 or 10 would be your rank. Where exactly do you think most of us are ranking it to love it so much? It is currently my favorite steel which makes it about my number 5 coaster overall. Ginzo, if he lives in Germany and has a picture of the ride on his avatar I am thinking he has probably rode it on a good day. -

Great update Chuck. Goliath was amazing and on most trips would have easily won best steel, but not on this trip. While this Walibi was much better, just like you I am having a lot of trouble remebering it. Lou-you pull off the hoodie look amazingly well. -

I am sure you will say you will go, but then I'll get time off from school to go and you'll decide not to, since you somehow believe going on a foreign trip with me will rip a hole in the space/time continum. -

Great pics Hanno. The pain from the drop tower is still with me almost 3 weeks later. -

Coasters aside I think putting Holiday World and Tripsdrill in the same conversation is blasphemy. I wish HW was 1/10 as good as this place was. -

Yep Rapids and NO wetness on back to back rides. I really wish I could have felt better on this day. this place had a lot of great attractions, but I just wanted to sleep. -

Man that place was fun. Great photos Chuck, that night absolutely ruled. It was the most fun crammed into 4 hours since Zaragosa. -

Nice work Again. I love the photos of Melanie and myself on rides as that is just something we could never get. I am planning on framing some of these for school. -

I am still experiencing pain from the "nutcracker". It did something to my tailbone that should not happen. -

Another great update Chuck. I am actually good at the Desperado shooting ride, but I am sure it is just my strategy of pulling the trigger as often as possible with no regards for aiming. -

That was simply one of the best TPR days ever. I couldn't thank R&E enough for putting something like this together. I could go to Toverland right now and would have as much fun as I did 3 weeks ago. -

While amazing I actually ranked it outside my top 5 on the trip, which is no knock on Heide, more a statement on how much I liked some of the other parks. It was the home of my favorite woodie on the trip, and I also had this resort tied with Europa. Europa had the cooler grounds, but this was my second favorite room of all my tpr room experiences. You guys will just never beat the room at Terra Mitica. -

Great pics Hanno as this ranks as one of my favorite days ever on a TPR trip, even if I couldn't finish the black course. F'in stirrup things. -

Great pics Chuck. I had forgotten we lost you that day, course i had also forgotten about that cool dark ride. Some of these pics feel like I have never been there. You know it's a great trip when a park as cool as this one has almost been forgotten. -

This is a very fun park, that is fun in spite of a very average ride line up. The look is great, but they should also get everything up and working in the very nice looking old west section. Both visits the condor ride has been down and some shps closed. That is a very nice section of the park, they should also do something with the crack axle building. Overall I am just happy to hear shapiro really likes this park. -

This was definatley an amazing day of parks. Efteling rocked even though i could hardly find the exit, and Formule X was very good. Overall a perfect trip day.
