  1. Based on my experiences years ago with Hypersonic, I can't think of anything being more intense than Dodonpa's launch.
  2. Season Pass: Universal Studios Islands of Adventure Busch Gardens Tampa Magic Kingdom Disney's Hollywood Studios Disney's Animal kingdom EPCOT Other FL parks: Fun Spot America LEGOLAND Florida May: SF Great America Pacific Pier SF Magic Mountain Universal Studios Hollywood Knott's Berry Farm Adventure City (Anaheim) Disneyland Disney's California Adventure June: Baja Amusements (Ocean City, MD) Trimper's Rides (Ocean City, MD) SF Great Adventure Sesame Place Dutch Wonderland Hershey Park Dorney Park Knoebels Del Grosso Lakemont Idlewild Kennywood Camden park (WV) August: SF St. Louis Worlds Of Fun Silverwood
  3. LEGOLAND Florida- 7 minutes Old Town/Fun spot- 40 minutes Disney's Hollywood Studios- 40 minutes
  4. Keep in mind the years they were built. SheiKra 2005 Griffon 2007 Krake 2011
  5. It's coming along nicely. I can't wait to see the tower in person in a week or two.

  7. Coaster (PNE), currently #4 on my wooden coaster list. I-305, currently #8 on my steel coaster list. At least in 2014 & 2015 I'll be riding a lot more of my top 10s.
  8. Kraken last Wednesday. ...Now just waiting till after New Years to return to the parks again.
  9. BGT- I would love to see a RMC woodie or Intamin prefab replace Gwazi. With Kumba, Montu, SheiKra, and Cheetah Hunt, either one of those new additions would give BGT the best coaster lineup in the US. SeaWorld- An Intamin mega would look great to go along with Kraken and Manta. Universal- Keep doing what you're doing, adding new theming and rides to both sides. WDW resort- I would love to see a lot of Marvel come to the parks, but with Universal that's not going to happen, so I'll take more Star Wars please.
  10. Currently, Universal preferred season pass Disney weekday season pass 2 year Busch Platinum season pass
  11. As of today, I would have to say Busch Gardens Tampa. ...Followed by Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida.
  12. A couple people have mentioned Kumba, and I believe this was B&M's best work. The flow and pacing of the ride is near flawless. Not to mention, Kumba's zero-g roll is the best inversion I have ever experienced. Truly, an absolute masterpiece.
  13. Wooden Top 10: 1. El toro 2. Phoenix 3. Boulder Dash 4. Coaster at Playland 5. The Voyage 6. Ravine Flyer II 7. Timber Terror 8. Tremors 9. Raven 10.Legend Steel Top Ten: 1, Phantom's Revenge 2, S:ROS (SFNE) 3, New Texas Giant 4. Maverick 5. Millennium Force 6. TTD 7. I-305 8. Storm Runner 9. Kumba 10.Ride of Steel
  14. I was at IOA this morning and will probably visit Magic Kingdom early next week.
  15. I think Talon is a good coaster. The problem is there are a lot of good Inverts, so it gets lost in the crowd. ...Afterburn too.
  16. Look at the hair, it never lies.
  17. My top 5 non-coaster/non-log Flume dark rides. 1. Spider-Man (IOA) 2. TOT (DHS) 3. Transformers 4. Indiana Jones (DLR) 5. MIB My next 5 would be POTC (DLR), Haunted Mansion, Dinosaur, Star Tours, and Forbidden Journey. Honorable mention: The Great Movie Ride, Terminator, DarKastle, and Carousel of Progress.
  18. Looks like 63/100 for me.
  19. ^Not to mention that I have noticed a rattle on all the B&M hypers over the last couple years. I'm not saying they're rough or anything, but there are definitely some smoother Intamins out there.
  20. QFT I couldn't agree more, great coaster. Honestly, the Pacific Northwest may have the least amount of credits of the trips offered, but what it does have to offer is 3 of the best wooden coasters in North America. ...Coaster at Playland (4th on my wooden coaster list), Timber Terror (7th on my list), and Tremors (8th on my list). ...Not bad at all. Edit: Not to mention Timberhawk at Wild Waves being a surprisingly good ride.
