CP doesn't increase just because it is CP

They should put sharks in the water to teach those dumb kids to keep their hands out of it. I seriously think half of them are going to get their hand crushed between the boat because they are so careless.

Has the water portion ever been open on the safari ride? Every time I have been there it was closed, and these are years apart visits.

How long would that line be if the entire Que was full? World record length?

Awesome pictures, I hope to go here next summer. One of the few big U.S. parks I haven't been to.

I keep a rough estimation of how many I have ridden just for my own personal knowledge(*cough* 212 *cough*). I only like to ride many to experience them all and compare which rides I like the best.

Maybe I will never understand the hate DCA gets..but I would rather go here than the majority of Disney parks. The 2 California parks are 2 of the better ones.

Pretty sure my first was Disneyland But I we made it to WDW Resort a few years later so I am not 100% sure, but were when I was really young. Of course I have visited each probably 5-6 times since then. Nice place, but Disney parks aren't really my cup of tea

How did you manage to take a nap on the Ellen ride? That thing is too loud and gave me a huge headache which continued to throb in the July sun after the ride.

Maverick is my #1 coaster and you hated it. As for the lapbar comments if it was at all possible it would make a great ride even better. I think it is possible, but Intamin would have to make the decision. But honestly, I will never understand people calling it rough. Maybe I have a stronger neck than TPR members? Nice pics btw.

This really isn't like Thunderbird...I am not sure why everyone keeps comparing the two other than the manufacturer. Many GCIs look similar.

It has never rained for me while at Cedar Point, in fact never even got cloudy once. Just hella hot. Rained once while at Soak City though.

Any Disney park. Especially Epcot, one of the worst parks I have ever been to. Bad rides, hot everywhere with no shade. Bad rides, bad rides. Even though Cedar Point is my #1 park it is a little overrated by some people. But to use the argument of it only has a handful of really good coasters is beyond me. While I agree with the statement, I also have yet to find another park with any more than a few "really good" coasters. I also think it has it's own unique atmosphere just as good as any park. But if someone can point me to the Universal theme park with 10 world class roller coasters I would love to go.

Yes, B&M is not stupid enough to do that, especially with all the technology they have now to build rides.

That is just Cedar Fair policy after the incident on Magnum. And about the heartline roll being designed for Aquatrax trains... I think it is more plausible for Maverick's current trains to go through the roll than for Aquatrax cars. Maverick's roll was extremly tight, and I think that the longer Aquatrax cars would only worsen whatever problems the roll had. Which makes no sense considering Maverick, TTD, MF, WT all use magnetic breaks which I would assume water would not effect. However TTD in the rain is a bad idea.

I don't understand the complaining about food pricing at CF parks honestly I don't come to an amusement park to eat exotic foods, which means burgers/hotdogs etc. Personally the food I ate at Cedar Point was better than anything at WDW for the same price. CF drinks are slightly more expensive but they are all over priced and comparatively isn't that much more.
