  1. Who really cares what a ride is named? Maybe I am in the minority but I have never factored in the name of a ride into how much I enjoyed a park.
  2. The way I ranked: 1. Maverick 2. Nemesis 3. Superman: Ride of Steel 4. Millennium Force 5. Kraken Last. Manhattan Express
  3. Love the park and rode every coaster 3 times before noon in the middle of July. I don't have the love for ant of their coasters like many others do, they just are really fun but nothing I want to ride over and over again
  4. Bash bash bash It is called Great America what else would you like?
  5. Apparently it is the tallest, fastest, double twist Impulse Or that is what CP claims
  6. Nice pics. I too appreciate a TR that doesn't use retarded complaints in every post.
  7. I don't personally care about this rule one way or another. Of course, I wouldn't want to eat my meal next to a bunch of other people dressed up, it just isn't my thing. No kids would make it more enjoyable for those who do though...I wonder how many people bring dress clothes on vacation to Disney World anyway?
  8. *Insert mindless Cedar Fair bashing* Ok I am now part of the club
  9. Good point...why would you want to ride ANY rollercoaster I'll leave the bungy jumping to you and I will ride coasters
  10. I would have to say if the biggest problem a park has is dumb names for its rides then they are doing pretty good.
  11. Exactly. At one end of the spectrum is Iron Dragon, which is one of the worst examples of a suspended coaster out there. It's slow, doesn't swing much, and pretty much fails at doing what that ride should be doing. At the other end is Eagle Fortress, which after riding it back in September is one of my favourite coasters ever. That thing just flies through the course, changes direction, and even has some airtime. On an Arrow suspended! ID is a weak suspended coaster, but a good coaster for the kids
  12. I haven't been to MM since Riddler's opening season Hopefully these changes they are making will make me want to visit.
  13. The warnings on Mission: Space did not deter me...however I did get sick...though I did manage to avoid the vomiting
  14. I was at the MK this 4th of July...I would say try your best to never hit the peak crowded days What a nightmare
  15. The Voyage Both Dueling Dragons Those rides are fun yes, but esp. Voyage I have no idea how it gets ranked so high on various lists.
  16. For some reason I doubt it broke from just wear and tear.
  17. And in the old school B&M trains they would? In this case you just don't have to talk across 2 other people between you.
  18. I hate to sound like a broken record here but... Disaster Transport is def. a fun ride, and unless it is just the love-to-hate Cedar Point attitude or the fact they think they tried to copy Space Mountain I have no idea why people dislike it so much. Another one for me, is the Hulk. The Hulk IMO is just as good as DD: Ice in the front and clearly better than anywhere on Fire. Not super intense, but I like it that way. It has become a little rough, but the launch is good, and the beginning of the ride is just awesome.
