Well, I heard once Cedar Point gets their aqua trax built it will be open even in the rain.

Did you look at the pictures of Iron Dragon...how could you expect it to be anything like BBW? Mean Streak is the worst ride at Cedar Point, rough, and trimmed. I don't know how anyone can love Gwazi though, that is just sick and twisted.

When you look back at how much in debt they were (had to take a loan out to pay employees in FEBRUARY) it is amazing they were still touting new rides (drop tower, "big" coaster)

I also like some of their element designs in the sense they are unique. That batwing alteration in the last video looks fun

To be honest, nearly all travel review sites are like that. Read the hotel reviews on that same site. My favorite negative review was when someone bashed a hotel because it happened to be in a town with not much to do. The people that post reviews tend to be the mentally deranged types that refuse to be pleased, no matter what. LOL, that it is the same thing with sites that sell computer parts like newegg the people who post the reviews expect everything for them to be perfect.

Funny because I was there(BGA)a month ago and it was clean, the employees were nice except at Gwazi, and none of the rides I rode(all of the coasters) needed refurb. Most of my Disney park trips I notice a lot of rude employees, and as well their need to be like Cedar Fair and invest in more trash cans because I see a lot that are full.

Depends which hotel you stay at. Hotel Breakers is the most popular choice as it is on the peninsula, and you get reimbursed for you parking. Breakers Express is cheaper but also you have to drive to the park (<2 minute drive) and have to pay for parking. All Cedar Point owned hotels give you early entry(ERT on Millennium Force, Maverick, Raptor) http://resorts.cedarpoint.com/public/reservations.cfm You can check availability and price on that page and make reservations if you wish. Earlier in the season you can get better prices, as when I went in May I could find rooms at the Breakers and Breakers Express at similar prices.

I know I am in the minority but I would rather spend under 40 for a 1 day trip to a park like Valleyfair or Worlds of Fun.

Steel Dragon in Japan is a Giga coaster silly. Granted that is the only similarity of these 2 rides

Nothing is wrong with BTR's corkscrews, they are supposed to be intense...and a lot of coaster enthusiasts really enjoy the high-g moments, though me not being one of them.

Who doesn't love a Cedar Point trip report? Me too! I'm glad they still have Demon Drop. I remember when there was that rumor going around that it was sold. Supposedly it is STILL for sale if anyone wants to buy it.
