  1. So what do you tell your crew when guests keep waving and saying, "Hi Jizz Man!" when they see you? I'm working on an explanation!
  2. When I went to Sea World SA last year and saw Great White, I thought..."They need more blue B&M coasters!" and Batman looks almost dead on Great White! That Batman gave me a headache after riding twice in a row in the front seat..yikes that was intense. Can't wait to return and ride Acrophobia, Goliath, Mindbender, and Cyclone!
  3. Yeah, people talked about how it's different, I thought it was pretty intense. Batman at SFOG seemed the most intense to me, I rode twice and had a headache. Great White was just very good all around, and yes Goliath seemed to be lacking...but it looked nice and shiny! Thanks for the comments everyone
  4. Thanks for the bump guys! This was a GREAT trip, and there were many unexpected coasters that turned out to be my favorites.
  5. I'm sorry, but there are ways for the rider to make the clamshells fit less snugly and eventually someone will be stupid and push the limits and fall out. It might not happen this year or next, but eventually. How do I know this? Because people are stupid. I guess there's always a possibility...but these things are pretty damn safe! But yes, people are stupid, and will most likely ruin the fun in the end.
  6. Hello, I work at Diamondback. Diamondback's/B&M's restraint system is amazing. When you pull the clamshell/lap bar down, you can hear little clicks. On Diamondback, I believe there's about 10 or so before the lap bar goes from open to all the way closed. At Kings Island, you need, "Three clicks" in order to ride. On the control panel in the drive box, the computer will show a red light for any seat that doesn't have a locked lap bar; the train can NOT leave the station like this. Once every lap bar is put down three clicks or more, then the train is okay for dispatch. I'm not sure what other parks do (I forget what they did at SFOG), but that was a decision made by B&M and Kings Island. (and probably the state safety officials) B&M's don't have seatbelts because, well, they don't need them! They're perfect when it comes to safety. Believe me, I've tried getting out of the seat when the clamshell was pushed down three clicks....not even Harry Houdini would be able to get out of there! And ofcouse, they are lap bars, so rule is the restraint will be resting on your lap when you come to ride Diamondback! B&M's speed coasters are amazingly comfortable, give you so much space for yourself to enjoy the ride...it's like nothing else. -Zach
  7. Happy Birthday! I remember my only interaction with Kristen. I was sitting on the bus and Robb walks by holding her and asks, "Kristen, would you like to pet the Jizz Man?" And Kristen shakes her head no.
  8. "commence jizzing".....I approve this thread Great stuff Divv!
  9. Cornhole is the best thing that happened to the Midwest! That or Roadkill Bingo.
  10. Maybe I'll join you, I got accepted into the Attractions too! I'll be at Diamondback for now!
  11. A few of KI's coasters got bins in their stations that correspond to each train running. I wouldn't doubt that the Intamidators would use the same thing, it works out nicely. Diamondback will take everything out of a loose pocket!
  12. Yay Texas Trip people! Dude, that tower at Kemah was amazing. I only got one ride, but WOW. I love those suckers. Just like the one at Beech Bend.
  13. Wow, this ride will really give Diamondback a run for its money. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
  14. Damn, can't use my jizz powers here.
  15. Bizarro looks sooooo good. I really want to make it out there, if the TPR NE trip gets the green light, I'm on board. I've heard so much and been looking at videos for years, this ride is legendary! Not to mention SFNE has a good looking floorless, an old woodie, and some unique flat rides. Can't wait to check this park out! -Zach
  16. Wow! This s like a come to life "OMG I wish GCI would build this crazy ass long terrain coaster with tons of speed, drops and airtime, and maybe a unique feater..." Now, let's see if "I wish some insane Intamin hyper coaster Bizarro/EGF/Balder combination would be built!" will work!
  17. Aw shoot, Kings Island's 'ravine' is already used for Diamondback. I think they could have put a crazy GCI in that area.
  18. Hey TPR! Here's a video from the GG guys (Mike, the awesome tour guide!) showing off their office where I took the photos! Check it out. http://www.youtube.com/user/thegravitygroup#p/a/u/1/rd9qTcC_2v0 -Zach
  19. Dreamworld has a lot of cool little events like these. They're pretty creative! Keep it up Dreamworld!
  20. I like the 'save draft' feature. A few times I've lost a post and decided not to re-type it. Looking good TPR!
  21. According to the picture that were posted I would guess on something like: Hmm... I didn't think Intamin's Moto Coaster was comfortable, and the Zamperla Disko's aren't much better. I guess I'd have to try this out to really find out how it would be. But that's assuming that's how you're seated.
  22. I'm still not getting this "suspended kneeling tilted coaster" thing.
  23. I like some every now and then. I had some good Starbucks over the holidays, but me and my room mate make some coffee from Fresh Market every now and then. I can find some good stuff there from time to time.
  24. When I booked my flight back in highschool, I used Student Travel Organization and got a really good flight (With American Airlines and Quantas!) for pretty cheap. I'm sure there's a bunch of other travel organizations that you can join and get cheap flights with. Australia is such an experience...anyone who puts it down must be out of their mind!
  25. The Australia Zoo is such an experience. Sitting down and putting my arm around a giant kangaroo was surreal! The place has great "up close and personal" places all around the park. (Stingray and shark greetings are discounted!) Not to mention Dreamworld's 'zoo' section of the park is pretty nice. They have a dino in their log flume! Can't wait to see what everyone will think of Giant Drop and Scooby. The two water parks are great aswell, and you'll get to try out the 'looping' waterslides at Wet'n Wild!
