  1. I really liked the special, the camera footage on Silver Bullet is pretty terrible and its obvious it was shot quite a while ago (Perilous Plinge was open). The food at DollyWood looked phenomenal, although Dolly started to annoy me after a relatively short amount of time .
  2. Holy crap, I got 9! Yay for guessing without reason! Edit: Apperently my brother gave it a go prior to myself (he lurks on the forums occassionaly) he got four out of ten, I win .
  3. Is the new Screaming Swing ride open? If so did you ride it? It looks totally insane!
  4. I'm probably the only person who really liked the look of the Wand, especially at night. I honestly don't care one way or another, but I did like how the wand lit up at night.
  5. Xcelerators launch is nowhere near as powerful as Dragster's launch. The wait is worth it the first few times, after that it gets boring.
  6. Either, Bonfante Gardens or possibly the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
  7. ^ Was it smooth the first time you rode it? Or has it always been a rough piece of crap?
  8. I have a vague recollection of seeing Zonga track arrive at Discovery Kingdom while I was driving on the freeway. I remember how excited we were to ride that...ah good times lol.
  9. These are all the rides I rode in their debut season... Six Flags Discovery Kingdom: Roar, V2, Zonga. Six Flags Magic Mountain: Tatsu Cedar Point: Maverick Disneyland: Space Mountain (2005 version) Great America: Stealth Knott's Berry Farm: Sierra Sidewinder I think thats all of them.
  10. ^ Meaning no offense to your opinion, but I find it odd that you not only have Raptor at the top of your list, but the fact you have it above Maverick and Millennium Force, not to mention Raging Bull. I'm curious to know what you like about Raptor?
  11. I'm definitely a theme park fan. I love coasters, but I would prefer a nice park without any fantastic coasters (such as Disneyland). Although when I go to a new park with many coasters I tend to ride nothing but coasters as I have no time for anything else.
  12. I posted a page or two back saying that I hoped Cedar Point would not ruin my local parks for me, I need not to worry it didn't. I wont go on with a long rant about Cedar Point but I must say, Disneyland is probably my favorite park, once again.
  13. As you may have seen my two favorite coasters are Intamin, but I prefer B&M. I prefer the trains and restraints on B&M's, I love the speed of Intamins but I am a huge fan of inversions and even after riding Maverick I would give the award to B&M. Plus the downtime on most good Intamins is unbearable. I can not even count the times Maverick and Millennium Force were broken down during the three days I was at Cedar Point. Where as I have never had a problem with down time for B&M's. So I prefer B&M over Intamin anyday. ghost "could be described as a B&M fanboy" 007jas
  14. After my recent Cedar Point trip... 1. Maverick 2. Millennium Force 3. Medusa 4. X 5. Tatsu 6. TTD 7. Riddlers Revenge 8. Ghostrider 9. Batman The Ride 10. Blue Streak
  15. I basicall found, Coasterbuzz (I rarely if ever post there), Thrill Netowrk (Same), Here (Where I post every so often and RCPro (Where I post most frequently). Those are my first sites I suppose.
  16. Excuse me, I meant head. I remember my head flying into the back of the headrest which was hard plastic from what I remember. The whole experience was poor.
  17. Not that there is such a thing as a Stengel Dive . Its a term used only by enthusiasts. Regardless it looks sweet.
  18. My first coaster was..Space Mountain at Disneyland. Apparently I cried because the music was too loud and it beat the crap out of my ears, can you say head banger? Oddly enough my first "big" coaster was Kong..an SLC. More head banging! But it still has a place near and dear to my heart.
  19. Funny, my camera died at Legoland as well...hmm. Great PTR, I never get tired of WDW pictures
  20. So I have a Knott's Maxx pass, I was under the assumption that I had to go to Guest Relations to print Complimentary tickets every day I was there. Is that true? Great PTR by the way, you had some nice shots.
  21. ^^^ No no, thats all wrong. They will connect the two towers and make it a spinner
  22. So I ordered my dvd a little over three weeks ago, I received an email telling me it may not be shipped until Friday. I will still only pay ten dollars right? Since I ordered the dvd in May but may not receive it until June..
  23. A little late, but I was on the first train of Sierra Sidewinder as well. It was great waiting outside the entrance seeing more coaster enthusiasts than families I posted some pictures over at coasterdom but it seems you guys have seen your fair share haha... I talked with at least Brent in the morning, cool guy. Anyway great ride blah blah...
