I've been to HHN XI thru XV and I have to say they are my favorite. Lake Compounce does an awesome "Haunted Graveyard" which is basically one huge haunted house that also goes outdoors several times.

It's about 90 degrees today here in RI, on Tuesday and Wednesday the "feel like" temperature is going to be 115*f , we may break the all-time high.

If there's one thing that can be said about Kingda Ka, is that the speed is the most amazing of any coaster.

pete4winds, you could definately count president ave. as a credit. Especially in the winter... Holy s^*&! If I get my neon up to speed just right and let it go on the bottom of each hill, massive airtime...

I prefer -Disneyland -SFMM -Cali Adventure -Knott's In that order. Like any park, go to DL midweek to avoid crowds and hit Indy and Space Mountain in the morning. The major attractions have fastpass so you'll be able to get on everything. Cali Adventure is always less crowded than DL but you may need a FP on Soarin' and if it's real hot, Grizzly River Run. Have fun!

KK's rollbacks were definately not rare last season when it first opened. It would roll back at least three times before it BARELY made it over the top, then it started flying over. I haven't seen it roll back once this year though... the odds are definately not good of getting a roll back ride on any Intamin accelerator, it seems like they have an "easier" time going over their respective hats now.

That's right, give Excalibur some love. You guys totally stole it from New Jersey but at least the park knows how to maintain and run theirs. Wish we had an Evolution closer to my location.

Yeah, I definately spent a little too much on my trip to Cali getting the "mountain" pins and some other ride pins. I have all of the major rides from Disney Sea except Storm Rider and the ToT pin is already on the way thanks to ebay. I figure by the time I get there, I won't be able to fidn them...

Weird Al was awesome when I was younger and I will definately check this out. I find it interesting that most of us who showed interest in this topic are in our 20's, looks like Weird Al will be lost to this "new generation". p.s. - If you like Weird Al, his movie "UHF" is hilarious. Check it out.
