  1. It can be whatever YOU choose it to be. You choose several settings from mild to intense, so that varies. The highest program is pretty nasty.
  2. Yeah, but all of the Intamin Accelerators have.
  3. OMG, that picture is f*cking hilarious! That dude must've just seen the ice cream man.
  4. Wow, cool. I dig the colors.
  5. ^^ Yeah... because the robots having sex thing isn't scary enough. "That's little bender!"
  6. The ride looks like an electric powered ghost train, I'm pretty sure at least... not a coaster.
  7. LMAO! Willys, tits, and bums? There could be just a random sign somewhere that said that and it would be funny... but chocolate no-no places? Priceless.
  8. I'm sure when they were testing the ride for the first time they intended for the train to not make it over the top and that the brakes were functioning properly. There's had to at least been a few occasions where it just didn't make it over too.
  9. I'm a very opened minded person but even I've got to say that is some f*cked up stuff! I do have to wonder how popular the thing will be though.
  10. For taytig-o far, none of the supports on site look like they are for inversions, obviously that could change but at this point I'd feel safe ruling that out and check out the facts... *Layout looks mostly low to the ground *LOTS of high banked curves *Presumably interacts with the water (what else could that piece be?) *Is in the western themed area of the park Again, I'm not one of those people who just can't wait (!!11!) for the ride to be announced but of course, this being a new Intamin for a place I visit every summer, it interests me. Personally, if this is an aquatrax or similar, I would like that. CP could use a new water ride after getting rid of the flume, I really like this area of the park and think it would be nice. I don't want to see them going after any height or speed records after Top Thrill Dissapointment and feel this would be a good move.
  11. It looks like it COULD be that type of track, the holes along the flat part look like they make the little splashes down the drop as seen on Fuga. I don't think this would suck at all... Whatever it is, CP isn't going to build a crappy steel coaster. They just don't do that.
  12. I've never seen that ride before? What is it's name and where is it located?
  13. From rcdb... Eagle Fortress Everland (Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do 449-715 South Korea) Steel - Suspended Operating since 1992 Arrow / Suspended Coaster (Terrain) Length: 3200' Inversions: 0 Speed: 40 mph Duration: 2:30 Everland also has one of those awesome HUGE swinging ships. 14. Just recently, El Toro became my best wooden first drop. Just so unbelievably steep.
  15. *Rider117, seeing how you live right next door to the thing... have you seen the coaster recently, any updates?
  16. That's funny... they said the proposed theme park for WV was also going to be "bigger than Kennywood". Give us the details if there's any.
  17. You mean you guys actually have an indoor wipeout that lasts more than 30 seconds and doesn't try to kill you? Sweet! SFNE's removed theirs for a meet-n-greet area, I really don't miss it...
  18. Looks like there was no shortage of land whales on your visit to KD... I would have just died looking at that line for Volcano, which is one of my favorite coasters. I too, have never seen the place so busy, guess I got lucky all 3 times I've been.
  19. Is the Booster an upcharge ride? I see that the UK has a pair of similar rides called Spin Doctor which I don't believe they charge extra for, whenever I want to go on something like that it costs me about $10--$20 !
  20. Ah, the clever Japanese. I don't think I've ever seen a Japanese tv commercial that wasn't funny.
  21. 50 degrees doesn't seem steep enough for a speed coaster. Ahhh, this is going to be one of those coasters that's a complete mystery until an announcement.
  22. I have been on all the US rocket coasters and can't say I've noticed this "pulsing". There's plenty of launched coasters I've been on that do what you explained, but no rockets. The launch is the funnest part of Kingda Ka, nothing to worry about.
  23. There definately won't be any line-cutting here... Bruce Lee was awesome, I have almost all of his movies. I'm loving this Chinese theme park revolution.
  24. That is a weird support... That second photo shows what is definately a long "rampy" section.
  25. ^ I agree, well said. The theming looks awesome, especially Crystal Wings fotress structure, but it's funny how they'd just plop a Disko'O right there in front of it. What are the names of the other coasters/flat rides in the two Happy Valley parks?
