zburns999 Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Although I've never tried it first hand, I've heard Cesari's (I think thats what its called :? ) at Knoebels is really good, possibly the best there is.
Luxo Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Rocket Rod's Pizza at Disneyland. Mmmhh.. Â But I really want to try some smiley face pizza from Mirabilandia
Token Yankee Guy Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Although I've never tried it first hand, I've heard Cesari's (I think thats what its called :? ) at Knoebels is really good, possibly the best there is. Â Yeah, I can't remember the correct spelling, but you're on the right track. It is excellent pizza...except during PPP when it looks like this. two bites and even before I started eating I got sick of it.
socalMAN123 Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 I gotta go with Red Rocket's Pizza Port. Very big and tasty pizza. ---Brent 8)
Meteornotes Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Knoebel's pizza is the best ever, with the pizza at DelGrosso's coming in second. Â Most overrated? Holiday World. Â dt
tinkerbell Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 I've had a lot of bad theme park pizza, but I can't really think of any good ones. I remember liking some pizza at PGA, but that was at least 4 years ago, so I don't know if I would like it now.
SonOfBeastSucks Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 ^^^^ Wow. That is really disgusting. Â I think La Rossa @ PKI is the only theme park pizza I have had, it is pretty good, but nothing compared to pizza you can get elsewhere. Â The best pizza anywhere is in a small, independant place in Santa Monica, California, named Bruno's Pizza. Â And to add one more thing about pizza, Papa John's is the best national pizza chain.
phazan Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 hmmm i cant decide if i like little italy's (sfmw) or the disneyland pizza. thats only out of 4 choices anyway. the only parks i have ate pizza at is sfmm, pga, sfmw, and disneyland. i think thats it...
Hattuchili Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Umm, I remember I had a good pizza at Disneyland Resort Paris!  --Sören
Scaparri Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Tough question. It actually comes down between two Ohio parks. LaRosa's at PKI (and throughout Cinci for that matter) is excellent, but I'm also a really big fan of Patio Pizza at CP. I like my pizza dripping with oil. Mmmmm...fattening goodness.
texasgiantrules Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I've heard Knoebel's is excellent but out of what I've had I'd have to say Rocket Rodd's is the best followed by Colonel's Pizza at Six Flags over Texas(the second is crap but those are the only two I've ever had)
robbalvey Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 It's all about the Pizza Hut at Blackpool. Seriously, though, as much as I like Knoebel's pizza, after you've traveled around the world and had some pizza at the European parks, it just doesn't even compare. Â --Robb "Don't forget about the smiley faced pizza guy in Italy!" Alvey
Hercules Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Since I haven't traveled around the world, it is all about Knoebel's to me.
sfmmFREAK Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 the only theme park where i have eaten pizza was at magic mountain. and it was only a bite out of tyler's slice. it wasn't that bad, it just tasted like really hot digiorno. i would have had more, if that clown wasn't chasing me (it was fright fest). it was so funny, i was being chased around that planter behind the pizza vector in gotham. and tyler is just sitting there eating his pizza not even looking at me screaming and running around in circles. haha
disneygurlz2s Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 Most overrated? Holiday World  I agree 100% with Dave on that one... I was really disappointed. I had been hearing/reading for so long about their great pizza and even they tout how much of it they sell in a year, but I found it to be the only disappointing and overpriced thing at the park. Their burgers, chicken and other items were much better. And I was ticked that I was charged more for pizza "ala cart" than I would have been if I had gotten it with the fries. Now, seriously, other than teenagers (and maybe ACE members) who eats fries and pizza together???  I am a LaRosa's fan, in and out of PKI, and I pretty picky about pizza so I usually don't eat pizza when I am at another park.  Shari
TheGreatOne Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 Mine's LaRosa's pizza at PKI Â Glad to see cavemen are indeed still alive. Me thought they long gone. Shouldn't this be in the theme park forum? Â Anyways, LaRosa's is mine, too. However, it's not nearly as good as getting it fresh right from a real LaRosa's sit-down restaurant.
Tömmioh Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 My favourite pizza is Thorpe Park's Pizza Hut, and Linnanmäki's Jarrumies (Brakeman) pizzas. Actually, now when I think about it, I haven't even eaten almost any pizzas at a park anywhere else, usually when I'm at new parks I'm always in a hurry and eat some 'faster' food or something else.
niiicolaaah Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 Oh yeah. The Pizza Hut Buffet at Thorpe Park!! Â I had pizza with CORN on it. it was AMAZING!!!!
trustkill22 Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 It sucks that all of the Pizza Huts around my house turned into Pizza Pizza type places with only take out and not sit down restaurants with the awesome buffet. Â Im not really sure because I usually dont get Park pizza because of the price so I will go with a Mcalenas Zap'em thing I cooked in a microwave
ParkTrips Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 Papa John's - various SF parks  OK anything is better than Pizza Pizza at PCW.  OK if you took me seriously with Papa John's, my real answer is "I don't usually eat pizza at parks". However, the stuff at MFI was actually pretty good in my mind...
IwantRevenge Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 Momma Florias in SFGADV has kick*** pizza. I love it.
