It's not a roller coaster or even ride for that matter (kill me), but the best name ever is the mexican restaurant at Knott's

Fiesta BBQ: Mexican Food

Riddler's Revenge is also a really cool name

It's all about Lucy's Lunchbox (in Camp Snoopy) and Ghost Town Grill!

Kingda Ka, Dominator, El Toro, Phantom's Revenge, Behemoth, Troy, Prowler, and Goliath (even though it's terribly overused now).

There are tons more that I am probably forgetting, though.

Anything with "hawk" in it is automatic lose now though, it is getting so overused.

Apparently Corkscrew at Knott's/Silverwood was called "Gravity Defying Corkscrew" for a while. Now that, in my mind, is just cute. It makes it sound like a circus act or something really amazing (which it was, when it was new!).

Here's another cute one, from the old days: "Giant Safety Coaster". ??? I don't get it. Other than the obvious...but even then, who would ever think of putting "Safety" in a coaster's name? Perplexing.

Katun

The italian inverted in the Mayan City.

Themed like a Mayan ruin. You pass through a "Stargate" at the beginning and end of the ride.

A "Katun" is a period of 7200 days (approximately 20 years) in the Maya calendar.

I vote Happy Valley Shanghai as the most creative ride namers on the planet. I mean, how do you get the inspiration for brilliant titles like Dive Machine or Mega-Lite? But in all seriousness, I like most of Busch Gardens' names; Alpengeist, Montu, Griffon, SheiKra, Kumba, as well as Nitro, Behemoth, X2, iSpeed, El Toro, Maverick, Katun, and Blue Fire. I only seem to like the names of good coasters.

Well, even though it's not even opened yet, I'll have to say that Untamed is a pretty cool name. Quite fitting for a compact Gerstlauer Eurofighter.

And as for World Joyland (That park in China with the B&M Flyer)... well, I personally think they've gone above and beyond at naming, with coaster names like Dragon Soaring the Sky, Mystery in Clouds, Starry Sky Ripper...

I've always loved Apollo's Chariot and Alpengeist. Pretty much all names Busch (other than Cheetah Hunt) comes up with. Six Flags can come up with some good names, but whenever they do they reuse it on 10 different coasters and it loses it's effect.
