I don't subscribe to any, but I listen to a bunch of the KCRW(Santa Monica NPR) ones quite a bit. Also, my college radio station KJHK 90.7 Lawrence, KS broadcasts online. I can't listen to that at work though, it just makes me sad I'm workin' and not playin' like college.

edit: great link, btw. Looks like I've found one to subscribe to.

I've got a lot because Podcasts have been my major source of entertainment here as I can listen to them as I walk the streets of Central London.

My list includes:

  • Coasterradio.com
    In The Loop: Weekend Review
    Diggnation
This Week in Tech or TWiT, whatever you want to call it
    Disney Insider
    Gears Behind the Ears
    Last Minute Book Reports
    Switchback(a Blue Man Group podcast)

I also subscribe to the video podcasts of Systm, Diggnation, and Channel Frederator and the ill-fated HHN 15 podcast which in the end only had one interview with a creator as a marketing ploy.

1010 WINS News on the Run (AM news radio from NYC)

CoasterRadio

In The Loop (Weekend and Daily)

CarTV

Major Nelson Radio (Xbox related)

NPR 7AM News Summary

WNYC's New York Edition

I pretty much listen to everyone of them. I deleted a bunch that I never played and just took up space.

"Tom Goes To The Mayor" Tim and Eric? Oh my god, that would be the best podcast ever.

Yes, those guys.

I think they are just really busy right now or lost motivation. I should check up on them. Oooh do we have good content (rare, very rare stuff).

Jose "must finish this project" Eber

for now check out: http://timandericdotcom.blogspot.com/ Jewels Children -- Comedy Jewels!

For those who don't know what a podcast is: Podcast is derived from the iPod product by Apple computer and the word Broadcast. Essentially, its a broadcast geared for folks to listen to them on their iPods.

Since iPods now play video --- there are Video Blogcasts, or Vcasts or Video Podcasts etc. Essentially, there are folks who make movies 320x240 sized that play on a little screen on an iPod.

(Why Robb and E. aren't doing this, I have no idea).

Make sense?

I know I'm digging this up from the grave, creating a zombie post, but I just find it so funny how much my podcast tastes have changed, especially since getting a iPod that actually plays video. As before, I'm a very big fan of podcasting, so much so that in many ways I am a bigger fan of podcasts than I am of traditional radio and television! My list, over two years later, is as follows:

  • Diggnation (video)
The Don and Mike Show (audio)
Last Minute Book Reports (audio, but hasn't been updated since Oct 2005)
    Munchcast (audio)
    NPR: Car Talk (audio)
    The Rabblecast (audio)
    Stong Bad E-mails (video)
    Tekzilla (video)
the broken (video, but hasn't been updated since Sep of 06)
    This Week In Tech (audio)
    Tiki Bar TV (video)
    The Totally Rad Show (video)
    Wine Library TV (video)

It's amazing to see how much podcasting has grown over these past years and how my tastes have changed over time. This doesn't include the intermittent episodes of Systm (video) and Channel Frederator (video) I have as well. As the list shows, I'm a big fan of Revision3's content for video and am a little varied over audio. What about everyone else, has your tastes for podcasting grown over time or has the fad worn off?
