So on RCDB it lists a new coaster in the new for 2012 section called the 11 inversion coaster, and by the description and elements, it sure sounds like intamin by the elements and order of elements-- but it says its made by Hebei Zhongye Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. ( ) Whaaaat?

Looking at the ride's elements on RCDB it looks like a Intamin 10-inversion clone with a loop instead of the hill between the loop and the cobra roll.

The name of the company seems like they manufacture stuff like forges and other metal working tools, not roller coasters.

If you look at their website they manufacture all sorts of rides.

I'd also just noticed this on rcdb.com. Maybe TPR will be able to visit during the 2012 China Tour? Not only is it a record breaker, but I see from their NL concept art that they've found a way to eliminate those pesky support structures.

I'm not planning the trip, so it's not up to me, but I would have thought it a bit far from the announced plan; it's about 450km west of Shanghai.

For what it's worth, the Hebei coaster at Sun Park was utterly horrible, and that only had three inversions...

Yeah, I find this just a bit worrying...

Yes, but this is what brings the thrill back in ridinig roller coasters in China. You never know when you might die!

Ugh! I hate supports!

That pic is actually from a (now dismantled) infamous coaster in North Korea. Imagine that, but with 11 complex inverted turns and bends in the track.

This manufacturer is one of the WORST of it's kind in the world. They basically copy other manufacturers such as Vekoma, Togo, Intamin... This is the chinese technology: copy-paste.

^And they ain't good at it, either-even when coasters are not involved-

Now imagine that, but people's lives depend on the quality. That is what you get with this coaster.

^ The airPhone is still my favourite knock off chinese product ever!

Maybe this thing should have a crappy ripped off Intamin logo somewhere on the ride
