The "Happiness Pie" Thread

Second day of orientation at BGW today!

I can't wait until summer rolls around. I'll probably be sick of the Oktoberfest music, have sore feet, stand out in the sun all day, and an armful of maps to trade.

But it will still be awesome nevertheless!

Got three new pairs of Reebok DMX Max walking shoes yesterday at our outlet store for just $130. They're normally about $55-60 in regular stores, but the outlet has an ongoing deal: Buy one pair, get a second pair for half off. Buy two pairs, get a third pair free.

I'm playing my odds at posting this here. I have a test in about 45 minutes... but I have been studying relentlessly(put in about...10 hours over the weekend) recopied my notes, made flash cards, made diagrams and everything. I feel like will do well, and if not I can copy and paste this in the rant thread. I totally failed the first test(35 % ) as I didnt know what to expect, but I got a study guide for this test that I completed, and the last test was only worth 15% of our grade, and its the only very low score I have so far so if I do well on the next few tests I can pull of a B as I believe the tests are weighted.

I was musing over a relationship tonight and somehow the words below came to mind, so I made them a Facebook status. Within five minutes, a friend who's been battling drug addiction for years sent me a Facebook message, saying that I inspired him and he was going to try to make his life better.

I honestly don't care if the girl I intended to read it reads it now, because I feel it's already done exactly what I wanted it to do.

"Some say that you never know what tomorrow holds. Me, I always know what tomorrow holds. Tomorrow is the chance for just another day, or something far more than that. It can be the key to something life changing, or it can be the key to disaster. It can be the start of everything, or the end of everything. You can forge a new life, or just simply move along, waiting for the "right" tomorrow, letting the promise of this one simply pass you by.

Your whole world can change in a single tomorrow. Don't ever waste one."
