She was jogging on the side of the street (towards me) and I saw her at the last second and avoided her. She was wearing a white t-shirt, but why the fuck no flash light or reflectors? Yeah, It would have been my fault for side swiping her, but she could have helped in letting me see her more than 1 second before passing her. Plus it was night time...who jogs at night?
