DBru Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 ^Yes, I had the same reaction about today. It was hot, humid, and crowded. Liberty Launch was running a WEAK cycle, and Reindeer Games got new, big, bulky restraints that ruin the ride. Not to mention that Raven was running 1 train all day, and had a line all the way down the stairs... But the Bahari River and Wavepool were relaxing, and none of the slide lines got long until around 12. Maybe things will be better on my next visit!
astroworldfan1 Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 ^ What type of ride is Reindeer Games? -Tatum

cycamps Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 My church group drove 3 hours to go to Six Flags Great America yesterday, only to get there and have the sign on the Tollway say: "Park closed, please come another day."
spaceace12 Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 My back is killing me today. The only thing I did to really mess it up was ride Voyage in the back.

(cycamps) That's too bad, but while planning this trip, did anyone check SFGAm's operating schedule? I only have a limited number of visits left to Longs Drugs because next year it's changing to CVS. Kennyweird Posted September 18, 2008 Posted September 18, 2008 ISU RESEARCHERS DISCOVER NEW ELEMENT AMES, IA--The heaviest element known to science was recently discovered by materials researchers at IPRT/ISU. The new element, tentatively named Administratium, has no protons or electrons, and thus has an atomic weight of 0. However, it does have one neuron, 125 assistant neutrons, 75 vice neutrons, and 111 assistant vice neutrons. This gives it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together in a nucleus by a force that involves the continuous exchange of particles called morons. Since it has no electrons, Administratium is totally inert. However, it can be detected chemically, since it impedes every reaction it comes into contact with. According to its discovers, a tiny amount of Administratium caused on reaction to take over four days to complete; the normal reaction time is less than one second. Administratium has a normal half life of approximately three years, at which time it does not actually decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which neutrons, vice neutrons, and assistant vice neutrons exchange places. Studies have shown that the atomic mass usually increases after each reorganization. Research at other laboratories indicates that Administratium occurs naturally in the atmosphere. It tends to concentrate at certain points, such as governmental agencies, large corporations, and universities. It is always found in the newest, best appointed and best maintained buildings. Scientists point out that Administratium is known to be toxic at any level of concentration and can easily destroy any productive reactions where it is allowed to accumulate. Attempts are being made to determine how Administratium can be controlled to prevent irreversible damage, but results to date are not promising.
krazekiddd Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 This is kind of a dumb joke, but it made me laugh on a dull work friday. _________ Four women were driving across the country. Each one was from a different state: Idaho, Nebraska, Florida and New York. Shortly after the trip began, the woman from Idaho started pulling potatoes from her bag and throwing them out of the window. "What the heck are you doing?" demanded the Nebraskan. "We have so many of these darn things in Idaho, I am just sick of looking at them!" A moment later, the gal from Nebraska began pulling ears of corn from her bag and tossing them from the window. "What are you doing that for?" asked the gal from Florida. "We have so many of these things in Nebraska, I am just sick of looking at them!" Inspired, the gal from Florida opened the car door and pushed the New Yorker out.
spaceace12 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 My work can't seem to get my paycheck right....the way I figured I should have had 1300 before taxes (base pay is 10.66 an hour {I had 72 hour regular, 8 hours holiday, 160 hours of back pay at $1.65 an hour, and 6 hours ot}), after checking my checking account this morning, my check was 680 dollars. Something happened and I didn't get something. Been trying to get this right since August.

onewheeled999 Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 I can't believe it. I got N+ today, and I actually made a level that's HARD. I've only beaten it once with like 100 tries.
