This movie sucks and here's why. -OMG! NONE OF THE ACTORS ARE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD! As far as I know, most high school students are, in fact, UNDER 25 YEARS OLD! -Crappy new songs. The Fearsome Three: "Sandy," "Hopelessly Devoted," and "You're the One That I Want." All of these replaced way better songs that were in the play. -No one credits the original cast. Who gives a crap about Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta? No one seems to care that Carole Demas played Sandy first and that Barry Bostwick brough Danny to life. -No one credits the stage version. This is a big one. I was recently in a stage production of "Grease" at my school. I wouldn't be surprised if a good chunk of the American population does not know that "Grease" was a play before it was a movie. -BAD LIP SYNCHS. -Over half the songs were removed. -Alma Mater -Alma Mater Parody -Those Magic Changes -Freddy, My Love -Rydell High Fight Song -Mooning -Shakin' At the High School Hop -It's Raining on Prom Night -Alone at a Drive-In Movie -Rock 'N' Roll Party Queen -All Choked Up -We Go Together (Reprise) -Danny sings "Greased Lightnin'." That was Kenickie's big song. And that famous line "It could be automatic..."? That's right, it never existed. -Bad plotline all together. The play can be blamed for this as well. It's the story of a good, hardworking girl who has a future being turned into a complete slut. -Why on earth did they decide it was a good idea to have a racing scene? No such thing. -OMG, CHEESY! -THERE IS AN AMERICAN IDOL RIP-OFF BASED ON IT. Even worse, this revival will suck as far as acting goes and will most likely include the songs from the movie instead of those from the play. -Aside from Jim Jacobs, the judges on said American Idol rip-off are idiots. On the latest episode, they basically told the best performer and singer that she sucked because she didn't give Sandy an "edge." Last time I checked, Sandy has nothing close to an "edge" until the final scene. -THE CAR FLIES AWAY! I don't think I can imagine a worse ending to anything. -THEY ARE NOT CALLED T-BIRDS! Danny's little "gang" is only ever referred to as the "Burger Palace Boys" or the "Greasers" in the play. Frankly, I can't see why that name didn't work. Honestly, I could go on and on and on. From the B Block to the D Block, which meant lagging our heavy books across the room. Then, we got our Diaries. And it tuns out, our teacher is really strict about them, and we have to get them all signed every day, enter in how long the Homework took, and write down the subjects we were meant to have homework in, even if we didn't get any. Then, we had to cut up some of the sides of our diaries to make Tabs, so we can find stuff easily, and now our diaries look really retarded. Then i found out my timetable, and it was actually pretty good! I got a new locker, found $20 of Thai money in it, handed it in, and yeah. I was feeling pretty good, and i was looking forward to my Latin class with one of my favourite Teachers. But then... In the middle of one of my classes, i got a note saying my timetable had changed. I know have Latin and Indonesian at the opposite times as before, and i know have some really crap teachers. I was extremely pissed, especially when i couldn't get a good reason why out of anyone that i asked. And my Math class has apparently changed as well, so i don't have a clue who else is in it, and i know for sure that none of my friends are. So I'm extremely pissed. Lousy school. Honestly, i paid for the phone, i pay a monthly bill, and they refuse to let me have it back?! Theres somthinng wrong with this and im ready to fight... I mean, MySpace has gone loco on me, and now i have no cellphone. As of right now i am totally isolated from the outside world when im at home! I mean, i NEED my phone. NEED IT. Tell your dad to pick it up at the school for you. I'm sure he would be willing...I doubt even your dad would care about you talking, i mean, checking the time, at school. And if I was him, there is no way that I would be paying the bill for the phone to sit in a desk drawer unused for a month. It is worth a try. She went on and on claiming I knew nothibng about video games just because I said the PS3 sucks and cited a source proving that the PS3 is doing poorly sales wise and then she had the nerve to say that I shouldn't have an opinion. So, Kevin said, "Alright, I'll be there at 8 PM SHARP!" ...an hour passes, Kevin is nowhere to be seen... Next week, that asshole ain't going laser tagging with us.
