packfanlv
If this doesn't sell the Oktoberfest trip then I don't know what will!!! All I can say is that I am insanely jealous. It looks like you guys had a BLAST!
Skycoastin Steve
I got to admit that I am a bit jealous. Beer, Schwarzkopf, hot pretzel girls, and more beer... why the hell do I work everyday? Quoted for the most absolute truth.
robbalvey
Now thats a big suprise for me seeing a bunch of Americans doing a German fair You do realize that not everyone in this group is from America, right? In fact, I think we have 13 different countries represented with this tour group. --Robb
mightbeawannabe
Why the hell didn't I go to Germany with you? I could have been rockin out on a Schwarzy with a big a$$ pretzel in my mouth! Maybe someday I'll go back and go to the fairs which I somehow overlooked last time....
coastered
Oh My God! What about ERT with her!! Guy "I would ride Olympia Looping for seconds!" USA, Holland, Germany, UK, and ? --Anton "hoping you'll enjoy the Efteling" van den Akker
DenDen
Just when you think "TRP trip reports, they're awesome, but how can they top what they've already done?" And then here, miraculously, you have created another "OMG, BEST TPR PTR! EVAR" Piers is just soooo fancy!
Thri!!er
Thanks for the great pics from the Würzburger Kiliani Volksfest 2010! Awesome ... BTW: Is it true, that the "Olympia Looping" from Showman Rudolf Barth will have the last season in 2010? Give it something new (facts) about this rumor? BelizeIt
Wait a second, who TPR ended up ringing the bell??? Surely with a group as large as yours, someone must have rung it! If not, then those massive glasses of beer did their job. Those pretzels you guys had put our local Auntie Annes to shame. (And I've never seen a gorgeous pretzel girl at Auntie Annes like the one serving you guys)
Philrad71
Not even one year since we visited Oktoberfest and Oooh-opa Pahk and I already miss Germany after seeing this update! What did you guys think of the "dead animal" dish? Isn't that like pork butt or something similar? I had one at a German restaurant and didn't care for it compared to all the other German food I sampled. I will take the awesomeness that is currywurst any day! Did anyone try the fish on a stick (Steckerlfische)? Great report!!! Looking forward to winning the lottery so we can join you for Oktoberfest! StealthFan
Time for another update. This time TPR are invading Phantasialand! Good morning Phantasialand. What a great view of Black Mamba we have from our hotel room! The new Hotel Matamba... Beautifully themed... And there is even a rock wall for the children! ERT started on Winjas...one of the best coasters ever created. Choose the fate! It wouldn't be a Phantasialand update without some blurry Winjas photos! After Winjas...some ERT on Black Mamba. Black Mamba is awesome! Black Mamba was running VERY well today! We kicked waterfalls, aligators, and some natives! Coaster porn!!! Why is Hanno so happy? He got in 16 rides during ERT! Your mother should be ashamed! Hotel Ling Bao. The other amazing hotel at the resort. Heh. It says "wang". "Mmmmm. Lick. Lick. Lick. " River Quest is the "most amazing rapids ride evar!!!" It's so amazing with the whirlpool and other random stuff. What happens in that building will remain a mystery!!! (it's an elevator lift for the boats.) Phantasialand also has a sprinkler show!!! KidTums says the jumping frogs ride is better than any River Quest ride! Piers' favorite ride is now "Temple of the no hawk" since it seems that the hawk has left the building. Oh noes!!! One more ride on Black Mamba and we are off to Efteling!

Pure Impurity
Since I missed the fair post, I must ask: Why does Germany get all the GOOD fair rides? And there's not much to say about Phantasialand; it looks awesome, as always.

coastercrzyjames
Wow, glad to see everyone is having such an amazing time. I wish I would've been able to participate in the European Tours this year, I'm a little bit jealous, however following this thread has gotten me pumped for next month's trip! And I'd like to also add that Black Mamba looks like a great ride, I love it, the pictures of it are just amazing, I can't even imagine how good it looks seeing it in person. Hope you all have fun at Efteling.

Trumple
Black Mamba is a coaster you just need in your backyard as a part of your daily routine.
mightbeawannabe
Since I missed the fair post, I must ask: Why does Germany get all the GOOD fair rides? They made them. Schwarzkopf, Huss, etc. etc. are all German companies
Jay20016
I really, really, like the look of this Black Mamba... Terrain hugging + loads of theme elements scatter all around + B&M? Why, yes please. Edit: Wow. Looked into the cost of this thing and the coaster price was the same as how much their theme budget was...
Solid Gold
Black Mamba has the smoothest Corkscrews of any ride I've ever been on. I could only describe them as Bizarre. Like Thriller, I am VERY interested in knowing if anyone asked about the future of Olympia Looping : I would put that one in my top five Must-ride list. Since you met the owner, did he say anything?
