StealthFan
Wow I totally forgot how big of an area this take up. Does anyone have any idea how much track work is left to do?
viking86
It's awesome to see aerial shots like these, you really get a great view of how theme parks create the illusion of being completely separated from the outside world.

RCT3Bross
Just to finish today's picture line up we have new track pieces in: This piece conects the overbanked turn and the second launch This piece comes after that overbanked turn, it's almost right above that piece you saw in the picture above it. This picture shows what I meant. Also more track at the end of the ride. Source. I Hope they keep up this good work for a few days again.
Oblivion100
I`m curious where and if we will be able to walk beteen the track. And if so there`s a big chance you will bump your head against a support. It`s a miracle if they even manage to place enough houses to look like a small village. Is this a new "Wonder of the World" in the making? Decades after this many populations will still refer to the mysterious mountains in the land of phantasialand
Nrthwnd
It'll be fascinating (to me) to see how they're going to figure out the general walkways that will have to be put around and through (maybe?) this coaster.
RCT3Bross
More supports placed yesterday and track: Source and more. Unfortunately I need to go to work and couldn't share more (maybe someone els?) but I just wanted to say this: "Holly god that track is placed close to each other." in the second picture. Edit October 7th: More track. Today more track, they're on a run now. Trim brake into the final turn. Also more track before the turn that leads to the second launch: Also more concrete preparations: Source and more. Quick fact: they are now on 46 intersections out of the 58, if they where to place track on each already placed support that would add another 7 intersections meaning a total of 53 intersections is known. PureFun
Hey, hey... and a warm Hello to you all, I just performed my registration here. Regarding my photos of "Klugheim" and "Taron" I read all that very positive and friendly feeback...WOW! I just would like to say THANK YOU! Unfortunately the photo blog at phantafriends.de is in German but I hope you can understand most of the progress on the constrution site. The additional german text contains detailed infomation about what has happend. For example the green arrow in the last photo points out the location af a new support at the entrance of the tunnel. I am trying to do an daily photo update on phantafriends.de. PureFun
Paradox
Why are the trim brakes so big?
coaster1000
^ GIANT trims to tease roller coaster enthusiasts. (Nah, they're just covered while they're doing the theming, it looks like.)
Paradox
^Yea it does look to have something covering the trims. The train must be going pretty fast to need that many trims.
coasterfreak101
^I think it's more that the final break run is relatively short, so the trims help to slow the train down before the last turn - similar to iSpeed, where there's a set of brakes above the station before the last hill and turn (the difference being that those brakes likely serve as a block). Getting enough room for a full brake run, transfer, and station in line is tough, and with how compact this thing is it'd make sense if they had to make it as short as possible. KingRCT3
It looks like a wavy brake run! The train will lose speed but the radii get tighter as well, so it won't feel weaker: (Source) EDIT: I never noticed they had two colors of supports (see the connectors, it's not a difference of light): Brown on the left (phantafriends.de). Black over here for instance (phantafriends.de).
DoinItForTheFame
That's an interesting looking brake run. Can't wait to see this coaster finished, and in action. It's going to be a great addition to an already amazing park.

kcurry11
I am glad that they are switching up the brake runs a bit, so you do not just slow down on a boring straight section. They have thought of everything with this coaster.

RCT3Bross
Purefun placed more pictures on Phantafriends.de: More track this is how we will dive into the tunnel: Theming near the final turn: Theming on the wall that separates Taron and China town: Also interesting development in the Transfer area: Source and more. It's just a delight we are treated with daily pictures of this ride, Kinda envy Purefun as he can see this bad boy being build in front of him. RCT3Bross
^Oops slip up from my side,I read too fast sometimes making these mistakes more often, but I fixed the previous post. Also thank you for the daily pictures. Edit October 9th: More track: So close you could high five the other train if it wasn't that tilted. Hope that Hill gives a nice floater. Prepping for more concrete. River Quest's Taron side theming is coming along. They haven't fixed that support yet. A picture of some time earlier today when they finished the airtime hill. It's just an awesome sight. Track everywhere you look. Final picture is one of the track that goes into the tunnel. Source and more. It all looks awesome. RCT3Bross
Even today we had track work going in: When this turn will be done the entire part after the second launch to the end is done. Another piece going in. Prepping more theming. Source and more. This is the current status of the build: Placed track: Yellow: Storage track section, Station, 1st Launch and all that follows. Red: 2nd Launch and all that follows, Brakes. Speculation: Light blue: How track will be placed if we look at the already placed supports. Green: Rumored track, so no supports as of yet. Purple: Rumored 2nd coaster. Big image of the first to show how progress went this week: Last week: This week: All colors are just lighter tones of the first image. Intersection counter: All intersections on the count. If you start at S and first follow the Yellow line each time a track goes over that I placed the next number (hence why we start with 1, 2, 3, 39, 4, 5. 39 is there because it's the 39th time the track goes over you) it was easier to count for me this way. The Blue numbers are parts the light blue crosses the existing track and the red numbers are the ones where the green also known as the rumored track crosses the track. Meaning we are 7 crosses short for it to have the 58 crosses. Small note I know at the place of cross 23 and 24, as there they share the support in real life (watch the first picture of todays update it's that part with Yellow being the camelback and red/pink the steep turn), but I do this for fun so as in accurate as some things are it doesn't matter to the usefulness of these updates, as the use of these updates it to show the progress and the amount of intersections and that's all correct. Paradox
It's kind of sad to see the track be completed as I never want this project to end! It just keeps getting better with every update!
Nrthwnd
Looking at all those numbers, makes my head hurt. In a good way.
