P. 469: Hard-Hat Tour of the Wolf's Revenge

I have a contact at another website who claims that the yellow train actually exploded, burning down the entire station and killing at least 15 people. Can anyone confirm?

As far as I know, yellow train fell off a broken bridge and plunged into the water. Rescue efforts have been hampered by the spirit of the wolf who keeps eating anyone that comes close.

Perhaps they need to check where their mechanics are and either hire a new one or consider organizing them better.

The griping and complaining on Facebook is in full force too. One very knowledgeable person informed us that the only reason they removed BBW for this unreliable ride was because someone fell out and lived. A bunch of others have apparently had their lives crushed by the park's concern for guest safety.

^At least it isn't as bad as the Internet firestorm when Cheetah Hunt had it's opening-day issues. Many of the posters are being pretty reasonable. The guy with the BBW story was obviously just a troll seeking attention.

Looks like coasterforce on YouTube has posted a pov for each of the 3 themes. They also use the cam or look around at the effects. You may not be able to ride today but you can ride virtually.

Bummer for the people visiting, but it's a new ride with a ton of trains, sensors and show elements. I'd also like to point out that when this happens to an Intamin ride everyone goes crazy and blames Intamin, but no one has eve mentioned the word Zierer in the last two pages!

I think that the issue here is that Zierer copied Intamin's free fall idea, muli-launches, and track design. I think it's clear whose fault this is!

Stupid Intamin.

Any word on whether or not the yellow train incident was caused by an Intamin cable? Seems likely.

The yellow train has not returned to it's station. Please make sure the ride has not stalled in the layout.

Well here's some potentially good news. We stopped by guest relations for some season pass stuff and asked them what the chances were of Verbolten being open tomorrow, and they said they are expecting it to be up and ready in the morning. Seems like they had to overnight a part of some kind. Now we all know some things don't go according to plan, so we'll see.

^Thanks for the update. I'm guessing they found a defective part somewhere.

^I had no idea its powers were so great.

This is all rumor at this point, but I heard the reason for the downtime is they are adding a 4th, much more terrifying storyline to the event building. All I have heard is it's about a deranged steel cable from Switzerland that will chop random body parts off randomly. Once again, it's all rumors, but my sources are solid.

The fourth storyline is actually where the forest turns into an internet message board and you hear voices loudly complaining they'll never visit the park again because they took out Big Bad Wolf.
