BigBomer
Sad to see this today. Even sadder to see that more people cared about Paul Walker's death than Nelson Mandela's...

cfc
RIP, Peter O'Toole--one of the best actors in movies. He was brilliant in Lawrence of Arabia, and was nominated or an Oscar eight times. He was also hilarious in My Favorite Year. Nrthwnd
^ Loved him in every movie we saw, including a couple of his (IOhO) best, My Favorite Year and Ratatouille (as the food critic). RIP PO'T
cfc
Another funny O'Toole clip, this time from the 1960s' version of Casino Royale.

Rollercoaster Rider
Out of all the people gone, I'm gonna miss Roger Ebert the most. He redefined the film review genre. RIP Dude

gisco
Actor Russell Johnson, who played The Professor on "Gilligan's Island," has died. He was 89.
cfc
^He survived quite well on nothing but coconut cream pie and bananas all those years. Russell Johnson also appeared in some classic science-fiction movies of the 1960s: It Came from Outer Space and This Island Earth (where he also played a "professor"). gisco
It was always kind of funny to see him in other pictures. I grew up with him as the Professor so it was weird to see him in other things.
bert425
I grew up watching him, and had since re-discovered his somewhat wooden acting in classic Sci-Fi films (such as MST3K: the Movie's "This Island Earth"). R.I.P. man. . . I'll miss you
TPDave
For all the brits out there - Roger Lloyd Pack (best known as trigger in Only Fools and Horses) died today. He's the one in blue... [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]
cfc
And for those old enough to remember The Partridge Family TV show, we also lost Dave "Reuben Kincaid" Madden.
Philrad71
Even though I never liked the Partridge Family, I always thought 'Reuben Kincaid' was one of the coolest names ever. If my name was Dave Madden, I would have legally changed it to Reuben Kincaid. And who wouldn't want to be named after an awesome sandwich anyway??? Mmmmmm.....reuben! cal1br3tto
^To put it politely, that was a slightly startling picture to come across... Regardless, I'm sorry someone lost their kitty. Apparently he was a young cat.
