What park & coaster will open your 2009 Coaster Season?

Happy New Year everyone Well it is finally 2009 which means another exciting year for roller coaster enthusiasts like us! So now the question is what park am I going to go to first in 2009 & what roller coaster will start me off this year? Well for me my 2009 season will most likely open up at BGE on March 28 & I plan to ride Griffon first I hope everyone has an awesome 2009 roller coaster season!

Headed to SFMM and Disneyland this weekend. Gonna try and make a side trip to Castle Park to pick up those two coasters for my first new credits of the year.

Offseason tour at Compounce, usually in March, and then probably SFNE, Canobie, or Compounce for first rides of the year in April-May.

Come April I'll be at Great Adventure opening day. If Medusa v2 is open, I'll probably be on that first. If not, Toro.

I'll be at GADV opening day as well so I might see you there. My first ride at GADV of the year is always Nitro.

I'm not sure when, but my first park will probably be Six Flags Great America, and my first coaster will probably be either Raging Bull or Viper.

Looks like I'll be starting with SFOG and (with any luck) Goliath, on my way to Orlando in March.

Blue Fire! I cannot wait. This is my number one park in Europe, it has never failed me, and I would bet a turkey dinner it is going to be the best coaster in the park! Hopfully I get to Europa Park the first day it opens. That's the plan at least.

In the next couple months, I know I'll get to Castle Amusement Park, Knott's Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. I have no idea what will come first, but I'd like to do SFMM so I could start the year off with Goliath

I will open my 2009 season with a test ride on Dragster the day before Cedar Point opens! Yay Dragster!

If I don't go to WCB/Solace in March, my 2009 coaster opener will be in Kansas City on April 25. Worlds of Fun, probably Prowler but I haven't been down to WOF yet.

My first park will probably be Disneyland in a week and a half. I may stop at Scandia or Adventure City for the credits first though. Either way, my first park of the season is less than two weeks away!

With plane tickets being dirt cheap right now, my family and I are going to get a winter fix at Castles n Coasters and Schnepf Farms the week of Valentines Day. We will also be visiting my sister, Grand Canyon and Sedona.
