I'm betting more people will like Riddler's more than mantis (i.e smoothness, height speed) but I havent been on both. Riddler's is a great first ride, in fact I take it back, I actually still like it a lot, just not nearly as much as the first time

I mean I love Disney as much as anyone but some of the more recent additions are jsut kinda meh to me. You experience it once and its not as interesting or entertaining the 2nd or 4th or 10th time.

And while I would get flamed on my own forums for this, but I totally agree. How I tell the attractions that don't suffer from this, are attractions that we always seem to hit every week when we're at the park. It generally boils down to Haunted Mansion, Pirates, and the Mountains (with Splash being the exception), they need to have depth (lots of scenes) or be more fun (such as the coasters) - experiences that fall in the middle are not constant-ride material.

While I try to experience as much as I can at WDW, the older film based attractions (Ellens, Older 3D shows, etc.) get boring really fast. I also think that too many of Disney's modern attraction involve videos. When you hear the exact same thing, and see the exact same thing - the experience can get tiring.

For me, the top one is still Mission: Space. It impressed me so much the first time, and then it just becomes a centrifuge every other time (see the film problem above).

The only ride I've really, REALLY been let down by was the Nemo Subs at Disneyland. I've done it twice, the first time it was pretty cool, and then the second was just a boring, sauna, sleep voyage.

Kind of agree, I still like Nemo, but just don't want to wait 45 minutes for it. I love it for relaxing after a Matterhorn marathon, however. I think Nemo is one of those attractions designed for people who do not live by any other Disney park, because I am pretty sure Disney is the only company who could pull off a submarine ride.(maybe seaworld?)

Also on my list

Ghostrider

Bat Man(fun every time, but I cant marathon it)

Scream(roughest B&M I've ever been on)

And the Ultimate Example

Goliath- The first time I rode I was thinking this ride will have crazy airtime, and some how, it did.(I think I just imagined it.) A few years later, I go back to SFMM and there is no crazy air, besides one point of nice floater air. It's all about the drop, and that's it.

SFNE's Cyclone definitely comes to mind for me since the first two times I rode, I was blown away by its ejector air. Every subsequent ride, I have come off in some minor pain due to the jerkiness and abruptness of the ride.

Vekoma Boomerangs also come to mind. One ride typically isn't too bad in terms of roughness, but two consecutively are too much for my tastes.

Kings Dominion's Shockwave is another that comes to mind. The first time I rode it, I was in awe at the ejector air and raw G-forces the ride provided and it was simply an intense experience. I rerode it immediately after and was beat up pretty bad. Ouch!

Lastly, the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster comes to mind. The first time I enjoyed the launch and the inversions since it was my first ever inverting coaster, but every following ride has been pretty average. Simply it's not worth the long wait it typically has. I'll take Tower of Terror any day over this.

Honorable mention goes to any boomerang ride, yes, I know I may get a lot of crap for that one.

Oh no, I agree with you on that one. That's why I didn't ride the boomerang at Hershey this past summer. Credits be damned, you've been on one boomerang, you've been on all of them.

Batman at SFOG - This ride is...wow, intense. I rode twice in a row and regreted it. It's an amazing ride, but the second ride gave me a head ache!

The Legend - It's cool the first time, but then the lateral forces really get to you; then it's like being broken over the side of the train!

Magnum XL - Your legs can only take so much!

Mick Doohan's Moto Coaster - It's kind of cool being a moto bike coaster...then it's just bland and boring.

Firehawk - Cool the first time, but then it's just rough, painful, and uncomfortable.

Reading other peoples lists I think I generally find rides more re-rideable than most people.

Theres one ride which stands out though, Air at Alton Towers.

My first ride on air blew me away. Better than anything Nemesis could ever do! Unfortunately once the flying experience has been "experienced" it never lives up to it's previous rides. Every time I visit Alton Towers Air slips down my ratings slightly. Now my previous favourite ride is only "Good but not great".

And on the opposite side of the scale for re-rideability...

I'm different to the majority's opinion with Intamin top hat launched coasters. I thought stealth was kind of "MEH DISAPPOINTMENT" first time, but I've came to like it a lot more since then.

I find oblivion suprisingly re-rideable. Even after 10 rides in a row It's still just as brilliant.

Nemesis I can never get bored of. EVER!

V2: "45 degree velocity". On the first time I rode it, that hangtime in the twist pretty much freaked me out! Second time I rode it, everything was expected.

Guess I could also mention Time Warp/Tomb Raider at CW. When I rode it on the year that it first came out I thought it was the most amazing thing ever (but then again it was my first "flying" coaster). Because of that, I decided to line up for almost an hour again and re-ride. Wasn't anything too special anymore.

Wild Thing (Enchanted Village, Federal Way, WA): Each ride is two cycles, with operators asking in between if anyone wants to get off, so I don't know if you'd count two cycles as one ride or two. It's a lift, a loop, and two corkscrews. EV is a VERY small park, so I'm not sure if anyone here has been there.

Ghostrider (Knott's Berry Farm, Buena Park, CA): My parents basically had to tranq me to get me on for my second (and so far last) ride on this piece of crap. I feel like I've broken at least two ribs every time I ride. I think a couple of Aussie tourists said it best (as they were exiting): "Bad name, mate. They really need to call that bitch 'The Abortion'."

Jaguar! (Knott's Berry Farm, Buena Park, CA): When I first started working at Knott's, they put me in Fiesta Village. I was a Base Five operator (Hat Dance, DragonSwing, WaveSwinger, Merry-Go-Round, and La Revolución), so I didn't work the coasters, but would occasionally get pulled for test rides. I saw that the ride banked pretty well on the turns, and my first thought was, "It's just like Thunder Mountain!". After riding, my first thought was, "It's just like Thunder Mountain, just not as exciting!"

Well, that's my two bits. Doesn't help much that I can't remember much of my first visit to BGW, but I remember BBW and almost cried when I heard they were razing it. So I don't really remember the coasters from that park. I also haven't really been to many theme parks at all, so that's why my experience is localized at Knott's.
