thecoasterkid
Great stuff Paul! I won't get to check it out until opening day, but I'm glad to hear that the trims aren't on too hard...yet. Thanks for posting your report.
XII
Great Pictures. It makes me look foreward to riding Behemonth this summer.

DBru
Great pictures! Behemoth looks really fun! Too bad I won't be getting back to Canada for a while...
TheRapidsNerd
Great pics and vid! This one and SFoG Goliath are my to fave hypers. I dig the Deja Vu seating too. Will I ever get on it? Oh hell no! But it is a thing of beauty. Thanks for the great coverage.
vistaway
Thanks Paul. It's killing me that I couldn't be there today...in Dallas instead. Not a good tradeoff. Looks like I will need to get my running shoes ready for next weekend...

SLUSHIE
So is the idea of the trains to give everyone an edge seat and provide a little bit better view? It seems to the the people in the front row of each car wouldn't get that good of a view.
Bucket
Not a big fan of the new designs of the trains, but the coaster itself looks GREAT! From the video, I saw trims on every hill though... were they on?
Coaster Palooza
Great job Paul! I really liked the video footage. I wish we could ride this right now.
mightypotato
I'm definitely looking forward to riding this in a few weeks. Like you, I'm holding out on judgment until I get a ride during peak times in June/July when its hot out to see how they trim it. I doubt they'll be trimming it hard when I make my first visit on May 9th.
ChrisCrowder
Nice report. Now somebody needs to send me $1000+ so I can get over there and ride it myself. It looks like a good coaster, but there dosn't really seem to be anything 'special' about it. It just looks like another hyper to me.
Carnage
^ That's kind of the thing about this ride. From an enthusiast angle it's nothing too crazy, or anything that's going to blow you away. Just a good fun ride. But the market here is such that very few people have experienced a ride like this. So unlike some of the US markets, this ride is going to be huge for the general public. Good ride for us, best ride ever for the general public. BeemerBoy
^ But if it was in Ohio, then it's a whole different story. Oh wait, come to think of it, KI may have the greatest coaster ever next year.
Calaway Park
I know but my mac wont unzip it or show the video. Just put the download for the wmv Right click [control click] it and click unarchive. That should work, and you'll need Flip4Mac to play the WMV, it's available free, Google it! Behemoth looks OK! Nothing too incredible, but it looks like it will be an alright ride. eonslim
I've been drooling over this coaster for the whole winter as I drove by the park. As I always say: good from far, far from good. Wonderland really needs a scare the living .... out of you ride and this, though exciting, is still not it. But hey, beggars can't be chosers. Carnage
Wonderland really needs a scare the living .... out of you ride and this, though exciting, is still not it. They've already got a skycoaster. Roller coasters don't scare me one bit anymore. But skycoasters still scare the crap out of me.
thrillgeek
Finally got the time to check out the pics. My first thought was damn those trains sure look spiffy. They especially look really comfortable! Wish they could put trains like those on B&M sitdown coasters like Incredible Hulk or Kumba Anyway that hammerhead turn looks like pure bliss! The best of coaster art I've ever seen! Thanks for the update.

Tanks4me05
So, Paul, which would you decide that is better? Behemoth or DL's RoS? Please discount the flat section of track.

How can you discount the long flat sections of track? They are what completely ruin the pacing of the ride!
