I have fun making music and I'm still doing it, and I got a fairly good reaction. I didn't do anything wrong. How is it dumb for me to try to make music? I posted it to get opinions and help, and that's what I got, and I was appreciative and used it. How does that have anything to do with this thread? My goodness are the expecting a hurricane and an earthquake to hit this thing at the same time. All the steel used on this coaster is crazy, that lift tower looks like it could be S:TE. The station is crazy too are they putting a bar/night club and a dance floor inside of it too, it's big enough and that track is already doing alot of sexy dancing. I just know I can't wait to get my groove on with that sexy B And check out this one out from the "Custom Title Fairy" thread... Maybe make mine " Can take balls to the face" Why is that funny? BeemerBoy Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 uh, technically i've been around here for longer than you, and while that doesn't really mean much of anything other than that i've been here a long time (and i don't in any way mean to imply that it does!), in all my years of being here, and posting the way i post, i've never heard a single complaint about it from anyone until now! besides, i do capitalize, but only proper nouns and titles, since i think they're the only things worthy of capitalization, and that capitalizing other things just make it more confusing to read and write! but, if it's really going to be a problem then, honestly, i'll just leave — this is how i write, and how i've always written, everywhere, and i really don't care enough about posting here to bother changing! Okay, I just read through this again for kicks. That highlighted sentence is possible the dumbest thing I've ever heard. My brain needs a rest now. AllenA07 Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 since this topic seems to have veered permanently off course, i'll try to explain the reasons my style: basically, i'm trying to find a new grammar which reflects the way i actually use the English language “in real life”, rather than the way i learned out of some book. that was actually simpler to explain than i thought it would be… The follow up to the above post. I know some people go on a search for religious enlightenment, others attempt to find the meaning of life, and (apparently) others search for a more reflective kind of grammar.
