Fire2box
So was my entry not vaild for some reason?  Hi!  I don't quite understand your question my friend?  You were assigned 4,2 and 3,9 and the winning number was 1,5.  Please explain, don't want any unhappy Big Mike Valuable Readers!   Peace, Big Mike  I was thinking that you posted a list of all the players and what numbers they were given. I didn't see my name listed so I assumed I wasn't put into the mix. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
traincrossin
This is my 1000th post and what better place to have my 1000th post on Theme Park Review than the Big Mike Road Show! 149 of those posts have been in the Big Mike Road Show too! Thanks Big Mike for everything that you do from posting pictures of hot babes to sexy coasters and having fun contests like the Find the Ducky Contest and Superbowl one you just did! I'm looking forward to more adventures from the Big Man! Â On a side note, are you planning on going to East Coast Bash or venture around the Midwest this year? I would love to meet up with you again!
Big Mike
Thanks Patrick!!  The contests are my way of saying thanks to all the great Valuable Big Mike Readers!!!  It is always my absolute pleasure, and I can't wait to award the free one week condo stay to someone!! That will be awesome!!!!!!  To answer your question, Big Mike and The Big Mike Road Show will be hitting BOTH bashes this year, West Coast Bash AND East Coast Bash!!! Big Mike will also be hitting Japan Bash too, along with Caribbean Bash!  Speaking of the free 1 week condo stay and the bashes, since Big Mike is still getting caught up on trip reports, anyone who meets Big Mike in 2011 will STILL QUALIFY for the "Meet Big Mike" requirement of the contest!!! That is some pretty spectacular news!!!  I will see you in my neck of the woods at East Coast Bash, as I am trying to plan a small "Welcome Back Big Mike/Congrats on Coaster 1000 Party" at Great Adventure, which of course will clean out the Big Mike World Headquarters prize vault of over 200 prizes!!!!!!!!!!!   Anyway, that is still pretty far away, so for now, lets check out The Big Mike Road Show's visit to Hansa Park in Germany, where Big Mike hit the 800th coaster milestone   Enjoy!!!   Peace, Big Mike Hansa Park in Germany!!! Park map. Hansa Park put out the welcome sign for TPR! We even got a big welcome from the head honcho! The big highlight of the day was going to be the new coaster, unless you count Big Mike's 800th coaster ridden as a bigger event? Big Mike did not want to overshadow the new coaster, so Big Mike ingeniously made the new coaster FLUCH VON NOVGORAD #800!!!!! The coaster basically just opened, so the theming had not even been completed yet, but there were a lot of crows and scarecrows to be seen! Big Mike gave props to Hansa Park for the maze you had to go through just to get to the coaster. Which way to go?? I think the wrong way brings you to the Frog Hopper, so better pick the right way! (kidding) Big Mike is an absolute master at mazes, and probably one of his favorite non coaster things to do at parks. Big Mike made quick work of this maze! Big Mike actually found his way through so fast that he offended the scarecrow, which in turn, gave Big Mike the finger! Here is a picture of the car you will take the journey in. As soon as your ride starts, you disappear into darkness! Look at the nice little surprise they have waiting for you in the dark, only lit up with Big Mike's flash so he can show you the exclusive shot! More theming on the ride. Vertical lift! Big Mike staring straight up, but up at what? The top of the lift's ceiling had special effects showing! Nice! After the vertical lift and the drop, you come flying out of the building! Here is a better view for everyone of the outside portion of the ride, as Big Mike always loves to go indepth on his reports. Next it is onto a few bunny hills. What is coming up next! This is a pretty drastic flip left before you flipflop back to the right! Two big wide turns are manuevered next. The coaster also goes upside down! You finish up the ride going back into the darkness. Yes everyone, Fluch Von Novgorad was coaster credit #800 for The Mighty Big Man!!! Next coaster, Rassender Roland, coaster #801 for Big Mike! Train. 2 coasters, twice through the loop, twice around the light house! Lift. Nice trip scenery. Good thrills too. Nessie! Coaster #802 for Big Mike Train. Lift. Loop. Of course at the end, you get eaten by a fish! Crazy Mine! Coaster #803 for Big Mike! Overview. Lift. Zig zags. A drop through a house. Tunnel. Very nicely done coaster! I know, everyone is saying to themselves, "it's a regular mouse coaster Big Mike, whats the big deal?" Big Mike just wants to tell you it scared the crap out of a lot of people!!!! For example, look at Lou and Dave in the back seat. Lou is terrified, and Dave looks like his life is going to end! Remember, these are seasoned coaster riders too! Another, look at Brad with his eyes closed in fear and Erik looks like he is going to have a heart attack!! Erik even works on coasters and he looks this way! Amazingly, every person that rode this coaster looked like this, terrified and life threatening..... ..... well except for Good Ole Big Mike! Fearless, amazing, and The Man! I am your leader members of TPR, follow me into coaster battle!! Kidtums called me over and said "Hey Big Mike, can you take this map and show everyone from TPR all the rest of the rides from Hansa Park?" You all know that KidTums eventually will take over the TPR Leadership roll, so Big Mike is getting on her good side early! Starting with a rare sight for Americans, The Big Bubble Jump! It is like a Moon Walk on steroids for adults! Big Mike is awesomely athletic, in part thanks to his late night escapades with his hotties! Kidtums of course wanted me to show you La Torre Rapida first. Check out the girl on the right trying to figure out what is wrong with Craig! Rio Dorado! Rio Dorado is a huge raft ride. Indoor lift. Look at that crazy Big Mike almost dunking his head in the water behind him! Drops and tunnels ahead! Here is a ride even Big Mike had never seen before! I assume you sit at the bottom of the bell in these seats and it swings back and forth like a bell, but I never saw it open to check it out. Drop tower. Sky tower. Blumenmeer Bootsfahrt. Nice scenery on this ride. 4-D Theater. "What a Joe" was Big Mike's favorite saying on the trip since Joe messed up a lot of pictures! Torre del Mar. It's a Star Flyer. Oh yes, I am indeed your leader! Coaster credit or not??? Barracuda Slide. Space Race. Kiddie Camp. This is just not going to cut it anymore with Kidtums nowadays! Super Splash. Overview. Hansa Park Express. Log flume. Carousel. Big Mike was checking out places to hide a Mikestery Treasure Hunt Card and came across a camp fire place! You know what that means, right? TPR CAMP FIRE!!! This hut right past the camp fire STILL has an unclaimed Mikestery Treasure Hunt Card!!! Just like meeting Big Mike in 2011, you can still redeem your found Mikestery cards too! I hope I am not missing roasting marshmellows at the camp fire while I hide this! Right behind the board is the Mikestery Treasure Hunt Card!!! Go find it!!! That brings us to a close for this trip report with the exception of a little business to be taken care of! Since we are in Germany, Big Mike thought it was only fair to have German Tom check off Germany on the Official Big Mike Road Show T-Shirt! Thanks to Hansa Park for a great time and thanks to all the Valuable Big Mike Readers for checking this out!  Friends and Family pictures from Hansa Park coming up next!  Peace, Big Mike Edited February 10, 2011 by ernierocker
Big Mike
Hello Friends!! Â It's Hansa Park Friends and Family time!! Â Big Mike not only takes pics of the parks for everyone to see, he also takes pics of his friends so they have a litttle extra footage of themselves having a great time, thanks to good ole Big Mike! Â It also gives the Valuable Big Mike Readers a sneak peek behind the scenes too! Â Hope you enjoy! Â Â Peace, Big Mike Just a quick poll before you leave the thread friends! Tell me if you think the main trip reports are too long including footage of all the rides or not, and tell me if including Friends and Family is worth it or not? I like to keep pulse on what The Valuable Big Mike Readers like and don't like, so be truthful! Thanks! Peace, Big Mike

STR8FXXXINEDGE
Another great update, Big Mike! I think your TR's are perfect the way they are. I also enjoy the Friends and Family photos too. Although, I'd like them a lot more if I was in them! Sounds like we may actually cross paths again this summer, though. I wouldn't change a thing. I think it's fun to see everyone having fun on the trips and I'm sure those people love to see their photos as well. I know I love stumbling across photos of myself that other people have taken on trips.

turbolaaf
Good trip and great pictures. I'm only a bit confused by how Fluch von Novgorod had its layout. It's more like: station, small drop, launch outside with the bunny and other outdoor part, brake, back inside on the vertical drop, inside part until bump up and station. RoCo
Great report as always, and regarding the content of future reports: too much is never enough.
SoCalCoasters
Hello Big Mike, Â I love your TR's from places all over the world! I've been following this thread for about a year, but haven't posted until now! Hansa looks like a great little park, and I was wondering, how does Flutch stack up against the other high themed Eurofighters ?(Saw, Mystery Mine, etc.) Â Once again. I love TRs and hope to meet you at this year's WCB Event! Â -SCC
StealthFan
LOL@ Craig...I think I made him ride EVERY frog hopper on the trip with KT! mush619
Big Mike, your TR's are great the way they are! I enjoy seeing the in depth coverage of the parks with all the rides. It's also nice to see all the photos of everyone having a great time, it gives the rest of us a taste of what it would be like to do a TPR trip. Thanks for continuing to share these reports with us! Â Big Mike is keeping his promise and has successfully been adding one trip report a week since he has returned!!! Â Todays trip report is from Sommerland Syd in Denmark!!! Here is the 1st one, Tornado, and credit #804 for Big Mike! Tornado. More Tornado. It was a cold and rainy day, so I did not get many friends pictures, so I will add them in here instead of at the end like usual. Here are some friends enjoying Tornado! Kaemperutschebanen! Credit #805 for Big Mike! Lift. Made it to the top. Overview from the top showing lots of tunnels. Drop. Tunnel. Theming. More theming. Big Mike's official coaster counter gives the two thumbs up for collecting all the credits at the park. Now it is time to see some friends enjoying Kaemperutschebanen! Time to check out the other rides at the park: Piratborgen! Overview. Since it was cold and wet already, there were only a handful of TPR crazies that decided to ride. Here are the crazies. Tunnel action. Since they looked like they had so much fun, a few more crazies decided to give it a try. Crazy boat #2 Behind the scenes of Hanno's great picture taking ability! Here is the TPR group that opted out of this ride. "Don't even think of taking me out of this nice, warm, dry stroller Big Mike and making me ride that!!!" Big Mike made a statigic decision to skip the ride and use the time to flirt some more with the bus driver Lena! Praerie Expressen They are big on tunnels here in Denmark! How about this ride???? The Bike Loop! Actionland Go Carts. Trucker Pitt. Sommerland Syd Slide. Kapt Klo. Eventurland. If the weather was nicer, we would have enjoyed this water area! Kids area. Wave pool. Water slides. A lot of these blow up activities too. Ferris wheel. Trampolines!!! This had TPR take over and Disaster written all over it! Last ride at the park to show you and Big Mike's personal favorite! Why you ask??? Simple.... ... it is not often that you get to have Lou grab your ass and push you every single time you went around! Â Hope you enjoyed! Â Time to post if you are going to be meeting Good Ole Big Mike at West Coast Bash this year so I know how many Big Mike Valuable Readers to look for!!!
