thomas2 Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 I will ride any ride again, even if it's rough like hell. I always re-ride Vekomas that are really rough, I re-rode Coaster express (which I thought wasn't half as rough as I was expecting). I don't care if it's rough, as long as I can ride something!
gk Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Got to be Manhatten Express in Las Vegas, a regular on most peoples worst list. Â I actually liked ME, and rode it twice. I loved it at night with all of the neon lights of the strip all around. I much preferred it to the Arrow travesty down the road known as Desperado.
Scaparri Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 T2 at SFKK. I've suffered through it one too many times. I miss the days when this bad boy was actually smooth  Most ProSlide Tornados, particularly SFGAm's- I kind of like life.  Iron Wolf- They need to do to this what they should have never done to Shockwave.  SOB- G-trains, are you kidding?
Zenny Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 The Texas Giant at Six Flags over Texas...I thought I was going to choke to death on my kidney before the ride was through. Â Drachen Fire...because they slayed it
hemmy Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Magnum It makes SLCs feel like MF Â Is this a joke...I know people complain about the restraints but I had no problem. Not even a little discomfort.
Masked_Maverick Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Son of Beast. New trains or not that ride just plain sucks.
okinawaboy11 Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Hmm none that I can think of off the top of my head. Mean Streak was pretty bad, Wild Cat pre-MF trains was really bad. Â Thats all I can think of right now.
Nrthwnd Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Enterprises. Â For one reason or another, I have come off the last few I have been on, with a slight headache. Or a stronger one, lol. Â So for now, I've stopped going on them. And I didn't go on any of the ones that were on the UK Tour a year ago. Â (Post #3399!)
Axman Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Iron Wolf- They need to do to this what they should have never done to Shockwave.  Wow. Well said. I haven't managed to rape SFGAm of its credits yet, but someday I will, and on that day, I will say what you are saying now.  Umm........Ninja at SFOG. F*** YOU!!!!!!  Looping (Death)Star at Beech Bend  Flashback at SFMM.  Viper at SFMM as of 6 years ago...  Psyclone--I wouldn't if I could.  Yeah, look at my last three enteries, and then look at my quote. It explains a lot.
FlippyTrick09 Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Ninja @ SFOG... though the recurring amnesia suffered from me last ride might come back, and I might actually go on it again.
KBNA777 Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Pretty much everything at KI, except Top Gun, Face Off, and whatever the hell Beastie is called now. Â Any and all Arrow looping coasters, but Tennessee Tornado. Â Mantis, the stupid ride opp made me stand completely straight up and it killed my shoulders the whole ride.
Spokker Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Viper at SFMM as of 6 years ago...I know what you mean but I still can't give up that awesome first half. It's enough to forgive the rest. The brakes they apply to Viper have always been a mystery to me and I've given up trying to figure it out.
Darien Laker Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 It's cool to see how people have such varied opinions of what's good and what's bad.  You know, I really can't think of anything that I wouldn't ride again.  I think growing up with Darien Lake and Canada's Wonderland has given me a bit of a tolerance to painful rides  Predator is my absolute least favorite, and I still ride that. That pretty much means I'll ride anything.
christianscoasters Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 I don't think that I'll ever go on El Toro (El Diablo) at Wild West World again. I rode it today and absolutely hated it.
Dorneypark_fan Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Magnum It makes SLCs feel like MF Â Is this a joke...I know people complain about the restraints but I had no problem. Not even a little discomfort. Â Its not a joke I came off with bruises.
Bubba83 Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 I'll never ride Grizzly at PGA, or Timber Wolf at Worlds of Fun ever again.
Perilous Chris Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 KMG Experience: This is somewhat of a contradiction as I thought it was truly an amazing flat ride, but a little too much action for me. Â Hard Rock: An all out claustrophobic miserable flat ride experience. Â Rotors, Gravitrons and Roundups. Â The Liquidator at Wild Rivers (RIP): Ejector airtime on a body slide is not my cup of tea. Â Camelot Golfland Waterslides in Anaheim: I am sure it is just me, but for some reason that whole setup gave me a pretty uneasy feeling.
Bruno Lancetti Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 The most insane and shaked steel roller coaster ever realized is the Pinfari RC50!!! I do not want to ride it again in my life...!!!  Footprint: m 50 x m 21 - 164' x 68,3' Max height of track: m 16,5 - 54,2' Track length: m 465 - 1.525' N° of trains/cars/seats: 3 trains with 3 "four seats" cars  No inversions needed for this near-death experience!!!
Edward Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Balder. Yes, believe it or not. I went on it ONCE (2006/09/07), and it wasn't much fun. Was fun in the sence of the rush, but I think I did something wrong. On every downhill where there were Negative Gs and there were supports above me, I cringed. And the only thing I had to hold on to was the little handle on the lap-bar restraints. Very painful. I've been told that someone 2 heads taller than me had no problems, but the head-chopping feeling I got every time the -Gs pulled me up is keeping me off that ride. If there was a handle infront of me (like on the back of the next seat), then maybe I'll give it another go. Â Another one would be the Tornado at Liseberg (flying saucer). I tried it, but never again because of the over-head restraints that caught my shoulders, and the churning sensation of my stommache. Felt very sick. Also, the Gs at the Wirlwind were horrific in my taste (those sudden spins). Â /Edward
ChiDan1972 Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Garfields Nightmare at Kennywood. Total waste of time. Â Looping Star at Beach Bend. Â Iron Wolf at SFGRAM Â Any looping star ship ride. I got stuck on Power Dive at SFGRAM and that kind of did if for me as far as riding them.
Thorpe park maniac Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 colossus - thorp park  damn the intamin curse!
TheMisfitsFan Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 The Great American Scream Machine- SFGreat Adventure 3800' track of Hell,it was a terrible experience characterized by poor restraints, neck-injuring turns and whip-lash inducing brakes. Never should you feel like crap coming off of a ride... Â Sooperdooperlooper- Hershey Park A simple steel looper, it may have been groundbreaking back in 1977, but it served its purpose long ago. With newer and more complex steels nowadays the coaster continues to be outclassed. The ride itself is shaky, and only features a single inversion. Unless your looking for the credit or want to ride a bit of history, avoid this coaster.
FeelTheFORCE Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 The Octopus rides, and most flat rides hat spin a lot. I can do any coaster no problem.
