Anyway, one more day till the Aquatrax project is revealed to the world and then Satan himself will rise again spreading chaos across the land.

I know it's sort of late in the game for new theories, but has anyone ever thought that maybe the trains are like Vekoma Booster Bike but themed to horses?

How much different is it from mystery mine in ride type. The only difference is mainly intamin track, and they have many inversions already in other intamin rides. I just don't see how it's so hard to imagine an inverting aquatrax...

This new ride is sounding evermore of fun and thrills. Just from that supposed layout, I can imagine riding this and seeing the big grin formed on my face. Too bad it will be a few years before I can make it back up to Cedar Point. My first trip there was in August this year, and I had a blast, but I did find the place a bit overwhelming. Just too damn much to do, even in 2 days, ya know? My 2 favorite rides there MF and Blue Streak. I'm hoping this one will be just a fun.

 

By the way, Dragster was awsome as all get out, but nonetheless, and gimmick and nothing else. Hopefully this coaster with its elongated layout will better portray what can be done with a launch coaster, and lead to bigger and better things from other parks.

 

Maybe B&M will start to encorperate the 'launch' into their new rides. You know how much you love some of the huge inversions on Montu and Kumba other large scale rides? Wouldn't it be amazing to have a launch near where the mid course or end that propels the train thru a few more huge inversions before hitting the brakes? Like a rush of speeds just when you feels the train has run its course and lost its momentum?

 

Bottom line, this new Intamin is just the beginning of whatever concept they have us waiting for. Thats makes me happy, whatever it is.

So that kind of reminds me of Speed Monster or Rita with some inversions or something.

 

Looks like it will be fun, but not ground breaking by any means. Hopefully it will at least be reliable.
