jamesdillaman
I don't know why some people think an aquatrax can't have a bunny hill...? Care to enlighten us? Carnage
^ I think it's because the bunny would drown. Cedar Point isn't into the whole drowing rabbits scene.
jamesdillaman
^An aquatrax doesn't have to have water, just so you know, it's a ride type. Saying an aquatrax has to have water is like saying a wooden coaster has to have a helix. -James Dillaman

jamesdillaman
I'm not sure, but what makes it an aquatrax is the vehicle design and track design which allows, if wanted, a "splashdown" type effect that cannot be achieved on their rocket coasters, per se, or their normal coasters. It's just a different design. -James Dillaman
Xxhershey818xX
NOw That I think of it does it at all? Thaks for mentioning that. I am now back on the Aqua Trax Train but it still could be something else! And i have to admit that Aqua Trax jokes are really funny! "Hmm... maybe it was aqua next to some trax. The other day it was raining there and I saw aqua all over the trax."
Carnage
Do you ever wonder if these construction workers realize just how many people are watching them work on the webcams? It'd be pretty creepy if my office had a wecam facing my desk.
jamesdillaman
^ Um, yeah, that would be creepy, huh? *nervous chuckle* good thing there isn't, right? Yea.... I gotta go
DarkStitch626
Has anyone even bugged to check the webcam lately! It seems big zoom u7p close of new track right next to the webcam has appeared. You know its funny. the S-curve and the supports leading from it (under the big section of track nearest the webcam looks lik El toro's finale! Carnage
The guy in the blue shirt must be someone important. Because I noticed he just stood around all day supervising. Typically construction guys. Edit: ^ Maybe you should get a ban till announcement as well. You don't need to shout in giant letters.

haux
Wow. I had no idea it would go that high. I didn't know they were building those supports until I saw the webcam today. It's either going to fly through those low turns so it can clear that hill, or that hill is toward the beginning of the ride.

You don't seem to grasp the concept, but that's okay, if the announcement really is the 7th, only a few weeks left anyway. -James
DarkStitch626
They just took the last piece off the truck and its laying in the dirt. My idea is the guy in the blue shirt is a site foreman. Monthey Jasper might be out there looking around too.

rcknrollercoast
i am still blown away as how they can get all those track/support connectors/footers to line up within millimeters. i guess architecture is not a strong point of mine, but this kind of thing there can be no room for error. how the heck do they get these parts to go in those places? its not exactly a jigsaw puzzle
BeemerBoy
$20 says that's the next piece. Seriously, have some of you actually watched this all day? Just curious. Scott "and worried" B.
chaos
Looking at the webcam, the piece is being bolted into place as I type. And no, I don't watch it all day, just when important stuff is happening, like right now.
