#1 Song the day you were born

Recommended Posts

This is actually pretty cool. Just put in your date of birth and it will tell you what song was #1 on the US and UK charts that day.

I too remember Eddie Rabbit, so you can't neccessarily say it is an old man's thing (I refuse to admit I am an old man). I remember at five, I had an album called "Urban Chipmunk", and I played the donky doo out of that record.

Song List (as sung by the Chipmunks):

1. Gambler

2. I Love a Rainy Night

3. Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to Be Cowboys

4. Chipmunks

5. Luckenbach, Texas (Back to the Basics of Love)

6. Lunchbox

7. On the Road Again

8. Coward of the County

9. Another Somebody Done Somebody Wron

10. Made for Each Other

11. Thank God I'm a Country Boy

Too bad they don't have the Canadian chart. You would see a lot of Paul Anka or Anne Murray or Gordon Lightfoot.
