I am so looking forward to riding this monster this year. Great Pictures! That skyride will make for some awesome video angles of the ride when it officialy opens. -

Dude I'm 40 going on 41. I'm already senile. I can't even get my kids names straight anymore. I'll probably forget again, so in 2 or 3 weeks when I've forgotton, just play along like it's the first I've ever heard of it, and I get to finaly meet you again. Just remember, I still get as much joy every time I hear about it again for the first time. Guy "I should have had only one kid, so that way I can just call him hey you and he would come to me." Flip! Your going on the Midwest? Awesome. I should be able to meet with you all for a couple of the locations. It will be an awesome pleasure to get to finaly meet you in person. That fact alone totally made my day. Oh, is is possible to have that one with all the characters sent to me in a hi-rez format? PM me. -

I totaly get and love the last one! ^It helps when you see all the group photos of TPR in action as in this one or many of the other Tower pictures. The ones of the overloaded boats in MK Splashmountain are also classic examples. (I particularly love Dave in this photo. Everyone is totally hamming it up but his reaction is the funniest.) Awesome stuff Flip. You know that I love these and think the world of them and your talent. I think the Elissa one with Pillow KidTums and all the characters is quite possibly the most touching of the lot. As always, keep up the great work. It makes my day just to see that there is another comic in my inbox when I open my mail in the morning. Take care. You are awesome! Guy -
Favorite type of B&M Coaster?
Guy T. Koepp replied to MummyAW's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I don't get the floorless concept. Too gimicky for me. Nothing seperates them from the standard sit down except for the floor. There is no particular element that makes the floorless experience that much more exciteing. The best floorless I've ever ridden is Kraken at SWO. However, if you compare it to Hulk or Kumba just down the road. There is nothing in the ride experience that stands out as being overwhelmingly exciteing just because it was floorless. Floorless is the least favorite of the B&M styles. Mabey Griffon or the new Shakira will change my mind. -

Great TR Derek. I thought HP was much bigger. See, that's what happens when the last time you got to a place, SuperDooperLooper was the newest Ride. I was like 11 or 12. Sorry about the weather. Next time get the Amish to pray harder for an early spring. -
^Were you getting your excercise walking up and down the hills with KT on Sunday? I used to do that all the time with J&J. I miss those days when they were stroller prone. It was a great workout. Me and the fam will have to get out there on Saturday. We now take up a whole car on Ninja! It's so cool!

^So was OJ. Doesn't mean they didn't do it. Just means they have enough money to defend themselves well. -
As usual Jahan, you have captured the subtle achievements and detractions with a keen eye. I love your MM updates and quite honestly consider you the king of everything going on parkwise there. I am hoping to get out there this week for a little much needed relaxation. Yes people, I said it! Relaxation. I for the most part have a good time there with my family. Nice work Jahan! Your updates are awesome! Keep up the great work!

Phantasialand has to be the most awesome park I've never visited. Talocan looks awesome! I have never seen a flat ride with such awesome themeing. Is it going to be fully enclosed? I am so pissed that the mini euro trip is the exact week that I am moving to Tennessee. It falls 5 days after I am to end my summer concert tour and 5 days before I head off to Colorado for a two week gig. Damn you Alveys and your misguided approach to not planning your trips around my schedule! Just Kidding! Guy "I'm still pissed I can't go on that trip either. However Korea on the other hand may work out as it starts on my B-Day. Woo Hoo! Bird Flu here I come!" Koepp -
Freezing Photo TR: Snowy Day at BGE

I love amusement parks in inclement weather. How I would have loved to ride those monsters in the snow! The best ride I have ever had on X was in freezing rain! It gives new meaning to the phrase, "Feeling the forces!" God love Arrow for making manly rides that can run in anything. B&M is for pu$$ies! What I wouldn't give for some marathon airtime on Nitro during a blizzard! I imagine Apollo would be equally great in a white out! -
I'm so pissed I was working this weekend. Looks like you all had a great time! Excellent TR. Chris and Natalie, it appears you both pulled off another awesome event. I have especially enjoyed the WCB for the last several years. You two do a excellent job of event coordinating. I was sad to miss it this time. Definitely next year. Unless I'm working. In which case I will be pissed again.

Great TR. I will definitely be getting back to this park this year. Probably right at the end of their season. Hopefully crowds won't be that bad. I will still get a gold Qbot. -

That is the hotel I am staying at when I go to Vegas in July. Anyone ever stayed there? Yeah, A client holed me up in this POS one time while putting himself and his people in the Mandalay Bay. The inside looks like King Author threw up all over the place. The rooms are where he took his royal crap. But it's cheep! You get what you pay for. I'm so sorry! Awesome TR! The Vegas strip has never looked cleaner. Me and the fam will be getting over to Legoland sometime next month. I am excited to see the actual structures. -

Wow. How underwhelming. There is almost nothing about this ride that impresses me. Aside from the fact that I have never been on an Intimin rocket that didn't have some sort of top hat element. Also, leave it up to Intimin to ruin another perfectly good speed hill with a brake run at the top. What happened to the days of having a brake run before the station or at least after the the bunny hops. Hmmmm.
