^ That would be awesome, but Little Amerricka already has a mouse, a vintage one at that. If you want a fun vintage style coaster, maybe you could look into a blend of Phoenix and Big Dipper at Camden Park. If you want something unique, it would be pretty cool to have a small coaster with wild-mouse sized cars that navigate a super tight layout with PAX-style airtime. Think lost coaster of superstition mountain, but more air/intensity I have heard the Knoebles family is open to giving advice and help with vintage maintenance to other parks that ask, but I don't know to what extent that is true.

As a big fan of Batwing, I'm sad to see it go before I got a chance to ride it, but I echo everyone else's sentiments that its replacement will likely be worth it. But if SFA ever removes Batwing then we have a problem...well then I do at least -

Granted, all your meals and snacks are replaced permanently with nice cheddar croutons, and nothing else. I wish my school didn't block so many websites. -

Quick little PSA since someone mentioned Knoebel's kiddie coaster: Kosmo's Curves is a legitimately good coaster that (at least in the back) that is worth waiting for. I waited like 15 min and I unironically believe it was worth it. -

I actually really like the aesthetic of the structure, looks funky and industrial, and it’s quite unique, thought that’s just me. -
I just realized this park will have 3 individual LSM launch coasters: Takabisha clone (has launch and lift), mystery blue Intamin (RCDB says it's LSM), and the Intamin surf rider, which does qualify as an LSM launch coaster. Quite impressive, the only parks I can think of that will have that number are SFMM (counting both sides of Superman or counting WCR) and Ferrari World (counting both sides of Fiorano GT Challenge or counting Mission Ferrari whenever that opens).

One pretty interesting thing they mentioned in the video: That funky bootleg support on Apocalypse was made like that to account for the different clearance requirements for the floorless conversion. The original support would have been a bit too close according to the speaker. -

Granted! Closing your eyes for more than 3 seconds will instantly put you to rest whether you like it or not! I wish the responses to this thread were more creative instead of just adding something that was never mentioned in the original wish to ruin the grant (does that make sense? I'm a probably a bit guilty of this myself). -

Let’s just be glad it wasn’t bought by Parque Reunidos... -
Just finished a visit to HITP here, had to leave a bit early since it’s nearly 3 hours to get back home and my mom works tomorrow. Very nice event. Crowds were mostly pretty light. I personally didn’t do any HITP exclusive activities, but I got to see the brilliant light displays. While HITP wasn’t too impressive during daylight, when it became dark the park became beautiful. Didn’t take any pictures though. I also managed to grab some credits that had eluded me in previous visits - namely Joker, Superman, Green Lantern, and Harley Quinn (which I rode mostly out of morbid curiosity of how a large-ish 20-car-long coaster rode). I also rode for the first time Cyborg, Justice League, Twister, and the Parachute. Some notable takeaways: -Even running 3 cars, Joker’s dispatch rate was pitifully slow. Thankfully the line was very short, so the wait wasn’t terrible. -You guys are right: Batman front row in the cold is awesome! -I forget whose advice this was, but thank you to whomever recommended that Cyborg be ridden in an outer seat with minimal riders on board. That ride was quite fun, if not very short. -Top 15% on Justice League! -Nitro is best in the back, but the front is certainly worth a ride too for some very pleasant, graceful, and well sustained floater. -Ride Houdini. It’s a genuinely awesome ride, even if the theme is a bit of a WTF. It is best ridden with no prior research (though do note that it actually has the same zero-tolerance loose article policy as Toro & KK, except it isn’t enforced as well, and there are free cubbies on the other end of the ride. -The legend of skull mountain is true: I am officially joining the cult. -Is it just me or is the Pretzel Loop on superman here superior to the one @SFGAm? -Okay: Unpopular opinion, but: I really liked Green Lantern. In fact, I rode it twice since there was space in the back row immediately after I got off. As far as positive G’s GL was the most internse coaster I’ve ridden. Pretty much all inversions as well as most transitions were very powerful and intense. Now don’t get me wrong: it was not smooth, there was some headbanging, my calves hurt from the G’s, it was often uncomfortable, and I had to ride defensively, so I completely understand why most people hate this with a passion. That being said, I just loved the layout and intensity, and would have no problem giving it a ride next visit.

^Yes, due to the fact I'm jewish I am pumped for movies and Chinese food though (the classic tradition for Jews on Christmas) Do you think your homepark has a great lineup of rides?

The Official "TPR Coaster Poll" Thread!
JG-77 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
A possible solution would be to give people the choice rank some examples of a large generic model (boomerange, SLC's etc) individually, and then lump the rest together into "Favorite other X" or something like that, and then when the results are tallied, all the "X"'s will be ranked in one spot, unless a lot of people chose to make a significant distinction between certain examples they've ridden vs the rest. For example, if you've ridden 15 SLC's, and you think 14 of them are around the same level of crap, but one of them is really good comparatively, you could rank the one that's good individually, and put all the others under "fav other SLC" or some other generic SLC label. Then, when tallying the polls, if it seems that a lot of people made a distinction between that one SLC and the other ones, it may get a special spot in the poll. Does that make sense? That may be more effort than it's worth, but it's an idea, even if it may not be a good one. -

Sorry not everyone has time to disregard real life and study theme parks all day. Your post above is one of the most stupid and ignorant posts I've ever seen. It's really more dumb than the genuine question I had. No wonder most of the theme park community hates you... grow up prick. Top 10 ways to jeopardize your TPR account in SECONDS!!!1!
