Why wouldn't a lawyer want to add amusement park injuries to his list of specialities? I know I would want a lawyer if I got injured and a park was at fault! He's just doing his job. The legal system is what it is, for better and for worse. It's up to the parks to keep their sh*t in order so frivilous lawsuits can't get anywhere (security cameras, detailed investigation reports, witness statements, warning signs posted everywhere, proper documentation, proper maintenance, etc.) in the first place. Lord knows they're not going to stop anytime soon.

Pay $50 and have it replaced...if you have insurance.

That sounds about right for SFMM. Thank goodness some theme parks have unions that won't allow that crap. Some theme parks also give their employees free bottled water when it's hot. (you still haven't called Jahan...sucks for you ) That's assuming the leads know WTF they are doing. Or are real leaders for that matter. But good luck anyways...although that is probably the best advice, since SFMM is worse than high school when it comes to drama and politics.

I smell a heavily skewered survey and/or a press release that doesn't tell the whole story (obviously)... It doesn't say exactly what SFMM's numbers were (because I'm sure they still suck), it doesn't say what other parks surveys were being taken at (big difference between SFGAm and SFMM...), it doesn't say how many surveys were taken at each park (it could be entirely possible that they took 100 surveys at SFGAm for every 1 survey they took at SFEG...), the 90%+ numbers they mention don't mention what the whole question was (if the only choices are will not recommened, will, and definitely will...SF gets a 2/3 chance!), and so on...

Only when there is a "scary crisis dilemma!" Or looking for the zob.

Awesome! The concept of a sentence goes way over your head, but you are the man when it comes to theme parks! I'm sure Mark Shapiro would love to hear your ideas.
