I think it is because of the four major sports, MLB is probably the one the requires the smallest amount of "team effort." The other sports actually require whole units to play well together at the same time to achieve success, where as aside from the pitcher and catcher, baseball is much more about everyones individual efforts collectively coming together for the win. So there's less respect.

^Assuming USC is Oregon's only loss and USC wins out, they would have to play each other again in the PAC-12 title game. The Big East is so bad, I can easily see two stronger 1-loss teams getting the nod over an undefeated Big East team. Those computers do some crazy calculations!

I really feel that Fifel needs to go. It just feels incredibly outdated! Plus, how easy would it be to slap on some new theming in that area - it could be the spongebob playground with a couple of months work! I agree! USH was able to change Blastzone to Curious George in a few months, so it's not like there is no precedence for such things!

No surprise that the invert is winning this poll by a ton. Can't beat a classic, more intense B&M invert with the great soundtrack in the queue to go with it. -
Whats Your Favorite Disney Hotel And Why?

Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. Can't beat the location, service, and the room would definitely qualify as a deluxe room if it was at WDW (super spacious, modern amenities, elegant decor). -
Tough break (no pun intended) for the Yankees.

^As long as there is beer involved to make the experience more enjoyable. Or you could just play the course with the lowest slope rating to make yourself feel better! -
Stanford got robbed. In other news: the BCS is still heading towards a disaster at the end of the season. Still some unbeatens, but still some huge match ups left that can potentially leave the country with a bunch of really good 1-loss teams.

Golf and paintball. Polar opposites, but both so much fun for their own reasons. -

Good to see them upgrading the entrance area. It definitely felt like something designed in 1985. -

^My understanding is that they are. I read that they do exactly what Ariel's note said they would: move items that don't belong. -
The thing about Strasburg is that sitting him will actually probably hurt him more in the long run. Throwing a baseball is one of the most un-natural/violent motions you can make with your body, so building tolerance and endurance is key. In general, young pitchers are getting hurt more because they are throwing harder without building endurance, since they are on a pitch count from little league on up to their first few years in the majors.

The whole area looks great! While the ride certainly takes liberties with cramming the Little Mermaid story into a dark ride, it is most definitely a solid B/C ticket ride that will be a great addition to the park. -

Agreed. I got the credits, had a bite to eat, and wanted to leave immediately after! -
NEWS: Paramount theme park proposed for the UK

The parks were not a core business of Viacom/CBS, so they were sold. -
The other thing is what manufacturers recommend. Sometimes it is actually in the manufacturers SOP to not allow re-rides, just to err on the side of caution when it comes to getting sick/possible injuries.

Photo TR: Megan's China Trip with TPR!

TPR trips have an odd way of taking you to Olympic venues! So far I've been to Beijing, Seoul (we drove by the Olympic stadium and ate at a restaurant across the street from the Olympic park/village), and Tiene Olympia park in Japan.
