What is your favorite TV-series?
TheArchfiend replied to Hattuchili's topic in Random, Random, Random
I totally agree! Reno911 is so damn funny. My fav episode is from season two when Kenny Rogers comes into town. Good stuff . . . I just bought season 3 for that kick ass commentary from the 911 crew. I recommend it to any fans of the show along with season 1 and 2 DVDs. But the commentary kings belong to the cast of the Simpsons and their DVD sets. They have set the standard for DVD commentary in my humble opinion. Both of the above mentioned are my favorite shows with a nod to the show Roseanne as well. Very funny show once you get into it. Except for the final three seasons which were atrocious. -

Does anyone actually buy or download DDR songs to listen too? Or am I just a geek for having a mp3 player that has all DDR tunes on it that I use every time I go out jogging? Not to mention the countless CDs I've burned to listen to in my car.

You know what would be cool? A swimming pool full of Coke and a sh*t load of mentos to drop into it. That would be hella-sweet!! Some out there has to have the resources to do this.

How hot is it?... It's so hot in my town that people are jumping into live volcanos to cool off. Thank you. I'll be here all week.

Beavis, but not Butthead. Oh, and my boy Sho'Nuff of course. In case any of you were wondering what that picture under my name was... that is indeed Sho'Nuff. The Shogun of Harlem and baddest Moe-Foe on the planet.

Is there a Hall of Fame here for all-time greatest topics? Just wondering.

What game are you looking forward to in the future
TheArchfiend replied to coasterboi's topic in Random, Random, Random
I already made that joke on page 2 Back on topic... I'm looking for a reason to get a 360 but have yet to see a game for it that has looked like it can hold my interest for more than a day. So, I'm not really looking forward to anything. Rather, I am looking to see what is a sucess after it comes out regardless of the hype going into it. I was looking forward to Final Fantasy 12 but that has taken so damn long to come out that I have totally lost interest in it and if it came out today I wouldn't buy it. The game was originally slated to come out last summer and just kept getting pushed back. This is the same thing that happened with Kingdom Hearts 2. I know it takes a long time to produce games but don't predict a games release 12-18 months shy of when it will actually be ready to ship. A couple months I can understand but more than a year off the predicted shipping date is just wrong. /rant -
Yeah, I got that speech too. The 100 level classes are "mostly" covered in high school. It's the level 200-300 courses that high school should really prepare you for or atleast least basically address as they can be extremely overwhelming. I'm just giving you fair warning because many others and I thought we knew alot more going into college then we did. But that was way back in the 90s Things may be totally different now. WOW...that really cheers me up! Glad I could be of assistance

Hated coasters you like.

Viper at SFGadv. Everyone always complained that it hurt like hell. I never came off that ride sore. NEVER. But then again... I have the strength of ten grown men so pain tolerance is to be expected Anyway, I thought it was a decent ride and was always on my list of rides to do everytime I went to Great Adventure. Not anymore -
^ Nah. I have enough responsibility in my life let alone watching over you guys too. Actually I was just expandining on what Robb said because he had mentioned that you can PM him when you see a spam post. I feel that's unecessary cause the mods will find the spam post quickly with or without PM's to call attention to it. I've yet to see spam last more than 5-10 minutes on the boards here under the current set-up for spam awareness.

^ Counting as credit and preparing you for college are two whole different things my good man. AP classes at my school counted towards your college credits as well. It just basically buys your way out of taking 101 courses that are really moot in the grand scheme of things. I've never come across someone who ever said, "Wow! Those AP classes really helped to prepare me for my college courses!" Many college professors will tell you to "unlearn" what you have been taught in AP or whichever high school class you took. Trust me, I've seen it first hand. Sorry to be a downer bro' but if I could go back in time I'd have spent alot less time busting my butt with AP courses in high school.

Thank you for pointing out the error of my ways, Wes. And I used the search funtion to check if I was repeating the topic. D'oh! Anyway. Ba-dum-bum-bump I am a Graduate of Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. Where upon which I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Scince with a Minor in History. I also maintained a PERFECT ATTENDANCE record throughout my high school and college years. Wow! I impress myself sometimes. Oh, and our university teams were called the Sea Gulls. That's right... The Seagulls.
