  1. Well, I'd say Revolution (SFMM) as a steel coaster and Gwazi (BGT) as a wooden coaster, before the new trains (though I liked Gwazi before, I prefer the newer version). I thought Revolution was just a little shaky, but I haven't been on any rougher coaster.
  2. I can't really decide, but I'd say Kumba at BGT has an awesome color.
  3. So far my favorite is Dr. Doom at IOA. I've only been on a few though, so for now, Doom takes the cake.
  4. That's nice! I actually was there when they were building the ride in April 2009 (when I went to Europe for Spring Break). It looks like fun.
  5. ^Whoa... just whoa... 121 degrees...?! *drops jaw*
  6. This sound pretty cool!
  7. This summer, I'm going to Busch Gardens Tampa and then up north to Carowinds and Kings Dominion, and if possible in another part of my summer, Universal.
  8. Also, another thing... last year when we were discussing rumors for Cheetah Hunt, one of my friends mentioned that SeaWorld bought Busch Entertainment. He also mentioned that one of the sides of Gwazi was a cheetah when we were discussing the rumored cheetah theme (I guess he meant Lion).
  9. While I'm not sure this counts, when I stayed in the Hampton Inn at Tampa last month (when I went to BGT), I overheard a conversation of a little kid, observing a brochure of the park. He said the park "even has an Elmo roller coaster." I guess he means Air Grover.
  10. I'll state the type of rides with examples of some: 1. S&S 4D (I'd say X2, but it was made by Arrow. The closest example is Eejanaika (Fuji-Q Highland)) 2. B&M Dive Machine (like SheiKra (Busch Gardens Tampa)) 3. B&M Flying Coaster (like Manta (SeaWorld Orlando) or Tatsu (Six Flags Magic Mountain)) 4. MACK Launch Coaster (like Blue Fire (Europa Park)) 5. Drop Tower (like Dr. Doom (Islands of Adventure)) Some additional rides: B&M Hypercoaster (like Intimidator (Carowinds)) B&M Inverted Coaster (like Montu (Busch Gardens Tampa)) B&M Wing Coaster (like LC12 (Thorpe Park) or Raptor (Gardaland)) Mondial Windseeker (like the Cedar Fair installations) or FunTime Star Flyer (like Sky Screamer at SFSL and SFDK). Intamin Giga Coaster (like Intimidator 305 (Kings Dominion)) Intamin Blitz Coaster (like Maverick (Cedar Point)) Maurer X-Car (like Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (Universal Studios Florida)) GCI Wooden Coaster (like Gwazi (Busch Gardens Tampa))
  11. As some have said, go to Harry Potter first, as the area will be very crowded later on. Then you should check out some of the other rides that are worthwhile. Attractions I'd skip, however, are Poseidon's Fury and Pteranodon Flyers (or even Sinbad). Otherwise, IOA is a great park!
  12. Well, apparently it seems that this new design will be called a Wing Coaster: http://www.rcdb.com/9896.htm Sounds good to me!
  13. I'm just waiting for something like this going up in Florida.
  14. Have you been on Dr. Doom? I will admit that Doom was the only drop tower I've ridden (don't go out of state too much, but I'm going to Carowinds and Kings Dominion this summer), but it is still a very fun ride.
  15. Drop towers, with Dr. Doom at IOA being the best.
  16. I just found this at NewsPlusNotes: http://newsplusnotes.blogspot.com/2011/04/las-vegas-part-1-rumor-mill-is-churning.html
  17. *Universal (3x) - January, August, November *Europa Park - June *Disneyland - December *Six Flags Magic Mountain - December
  18. I305 looks even cooler now! Please don't trim the ride KD (still looked fun even with the trims, but I prefer this)...
  19. Another one I'd tear down: Formula Rossa... because it is in Dubai, and I dislike Dubai, and I think it should be in America! Kidding of course (but I do not like Dubai)!
