I really can't see Cedar Point parting with Wicked Twister. Compared to most coasters, it has a relatively small foot print. I can't imagine what the park could/would replace it with that would be comparable. Also, I love Wicked Twister, so I'd hate to see it leave the park. Rumor is false because it would be relocated to Dorney, if anywhere. Michigan's Adventure would get those tarps that cover parts of the queue.

The only thing Halloween events mean to me is that a park is open late into the season for me to visit. We usually do our Cedar Point trip during this time of year. 29. I think he's wondering if there will be anything on the map in Mean Streak's place- in which case, I wouldn't be surprised to see something along the lines of Under Construction: Check Back in 2018 over that general spot on the map.

Very happy to read that management from Great America were there to take a gander at the event. Looking forward to my damn winter rides on Batman already.

2017 just always seemed like such a stretch with Valravn still being all shiny and new.

And Kumba's because Kumba.

Gold Reef City has been at or near the top of my bucket list for a while, mainly because of Anaconda.

This is the case with Raging Bull as well. I wish those pre-drops still found their way into B&M's designs. It adds a lot.

I sincerely hope you're right, Ken. I now fear that this is some type of loading/unloading station related to capacity issues with VR. Also, Irony is when your wooden coaster is themed to a saw mill and when you're log flume is themed to a race. Oh Lordy. Now that you bring it up, it would seem so obvious. My mind, I guess, refused to consider this awful possibility.

Haha, speaking of which- I feel like it's a safe bet that the White Sox bust out those very '76 retro unis that he was so fond of when the Red Sox visit town in May.

The layout as constructed so far looks like it could have been B&M's entrant in the Energylandia hyper competition.

F*** YEAH INTAMIN. Glad they went with the correct choice. I look forward to the Vekoma concept showing up somewhere, because I've wanted to see them try their hand at a sitdown hyper since around the time the GIBs were new- I'm sure it will, somewhere. Back to Energylandia, I visit Poland every so often, so this is very sweet news.

Six Flags will go for this. Just add VR and DC. I could see them being placed very near, next to, or on top of their Superloops. Kidding aside, it looks infinitely better than a Superloop.

Also went this past Sunday. Got there around 1 and stayed until close. The realization that it was going to be crowded had already sunk in based on what I read about Saturday, so we went in knowing that, got a Flash Pass (which malfunctioned late in the day as crowds were thinning anyway, resulting in a voucher for 2 next year), and had a good visit. Got on Goliath, Raging Bull, Batman twice, and X-Flight four times, two of which were re-rides to close out the season. I hope they bring Holiday In The Park to this place for next season.
