  1. Gigacoaster: Coaster over 300ft tall (Millenium Force is the only one operating) Stratacoaster: Coaster over 400ft tall (TTD and KK) Goliath @ Walibi World is 'only' 150ft tall and Xcelerator is 205ft tall.

  3. ^Heres the ride youre looking for http://www.rcdb.com/id1231.htm
  4. That is an Eyerly Rock-o-Plane. I rode one of those 1 1/2 years ago. Its really uncomfortable for your neck and back, but its awesome at the same time. It produces some serious hangtime aswell as good positive G-forces.
  5. Didnt we just have a topic like this??? :? Edit: Yep found it aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way back on page 3 http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=815
  6. Interesting ride. That second loop is really messed up! Thanks for the video!
  7. Probably because the SLC looks more impressive to the GP and its the ride that will bring most people to the park. But yeah, the SK loopers are much better rides so hopefully they will find a new home soon.
  8. Fuga de Atlantide @ Gardaland. The theming for that ride is just spectacular.
  9. Im guessing that he accidentally clicked the "Submit" button twice, which is a very easy mistake to do. And now they are spread apart because people have only replied to this one
  10. I count anything thats on www.rcdb.com
  11. KumbaK made new trains for Python, the Vekoma looping coaster in Efteling in Holland. http://www.rcdb.com/ig897.htm?picture=24 http://www.rcdb.com/ig897.htm?picture=18 http://www.rcdb.com/ig897.htm?picture=17
  12. I ride kiddie coasters if Im at a park with other rollercoaster enthusiasts. If I go to a park with people that doesnt care about coaster count and stuff like that I skip the smallest ones.
  13. In my opinion No Limits is a better game, but why dont you just download the demos and see which one you like best? http://www.nolimitscoaster.de/ http://www.wounded-heart.com/
  14. Youre insane!! And yes, I mean it! Not only do you have the patience to spend hours and hours placing the objects, but the quality of your work is some of the best Ive ever seen in RCT3. Im really excited to see more pictures of your work
  15. Wheel seats are the seats that are located directly above the wheels. Most coasters will usually give a smoother ride if you sit in a seat thats not directly above the wheels. On Magnum the 'wheel seats' are row 1 and 3 as you can see in this picture http://www.coastergallery.com/CP/33.html
  16. ^^A quote from the first post:
  17. Colossus @ Thorpe park. Its vibrating like crazy, hitting the restraints with your head hurts like hell because they are so freakin hard, the layout is not very interesting and the ride sounds like a car-crash. Zamperla Volare coasters are horrible. I rode the one at Prater park this summer and it really threw me around. And I was in an inside-seat (well there isnt really any 'seats' on that ride) The 2 RCCA woodies I rode in Spain, Wild Wild West (now Coaster Express) and Magnus Colossus, were also awful. Both rides were really boring, had absolutely no airtime at all and MC was also quite rough.
  18. Highlights for me this year: -Trip to Liseberg in May with 7 other people from the Norwegian Coaster Club -A fantastic trip to some of the lesser-known parks aswell as some major ones in Hungary, Austria and Italy with the European Coaster Club.
  19. Well, the stand-ups seems to be an exception, but apart from those I havent heard about any painfull B&M's.
  20. Those seats looks really comfortable... with the exception of the one with the ripped headrest http://rcdb.com/ig2961.htm?picture=2
  21. I thought Colossus was quite bad when I rode it this summer. I was planning to ride with my arms up, but there was a nice 'bang' entering the turn after the lifthill so I decided to hold on instead. Im very glad I did that because it was rattling like crazy. And hitting the very hard restraints with your ears is not comfortable.
  22. I have heard that its only being stored at Mirabilandia and that it will head back to travelling fairs next year. I think that sounds more realistic as the ride has been placed in a field outside the park. I would also expect Mirabilandia to get something newer and bigger considering the size of the park.
  23. Wild Train @ Erlebnispark Strasswalchen has some pretty damn awesome supports. Wild Train
  24. My first ride on Thundercoaster was right after one hell of a shower and it was amazing. It was my first coaster however, so Im not sure how a ride like that would feel now.
  25. And I thought my season was fantastic with 8 new parks and 32 new coasters
