WOW this place looks awesome! I LOVE water parks so much! Wish we had huge water parks like that here in MD. No, we are stuck with Six Flags America small water park with blah rides.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this park. I have only been once, back when Whirlwind was still there and I want to go back sooo bad. I will most definitely have to get there next summer once Black Diamond is open and heck just MAYBE Flying Turns will be open. Pheonix and Twister are both some of my top woodies.

Hey Guys! I thought I already ask this but can not find my post. I feel stupid asking but I will anyway. Is KD crowded on Thursdays? I am going 8/26/10 and want to be able to enjoy all rides and the water park without feeling too rushed.

Most issues that arise on amusement rides are the users fault. A lot of people losen their resrtaints. I have personally seen it at almost EVERY local park in my area. Now, when an issue arises that is mechanical you can not always point blame. You have to keep in mind we are dealing with man made machinces. They are not indestructible and will break eventually. And sometimes just freak things happen...

Honestly, I think this looks like fun. I have a HUGE sense of adventure and I really do not care what anyone thinks of me. Therefore I'd probably do it. For everyone that is saying they would never ride a coaster again that this happened on. That does make any sense. Just because they are naked does not mean anything. If they have something nasty going on it could go through their clothes anyway. Also it is no different then riding in a seat that someone threw up in, crapped their self in, or pissed their self on. All they would need to do is clean it like they do with any sort of issues arise like that. That is almost like going to the mall and trying on clothes that someone else tried on. Most people do not have an issue with that. (NOTE: I SAID MOST PEOPLE). Who knows what that person before you did to them clothes in the dressing room. Ya know Victoria Secret puts returns right back out on the shelf, no hesitation, for someone else to buy!! I know because I have had friends that worked there.

I am soooooo excited about the over turning of Prop 8. It is such a positive thing towards the ultimate goal of equality. I am actually a gay guy that wants to settle down, get married, and have a family eventually. It is stuff like that makes it more possible. My state (Maryland) recently changed their ways and now if gay couples get married outside of this state they will recognize it! So I can run off to DC, get married, and it be legal in MD! YAY!!

The BF (Deguy123) registered himself and I this morning for the North East Trip!! CAN NOT WAIT!!! First TPR trip for both of us and we are ready to experience one of these trips and all the craziness that goes on!!

I CAN NOT wait to go on my first TPR trip!!!!! Hopfully next year will be my year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is very sad. I have been wanting to ride that since I saw a show on the Travel Channel about the most extreme theme park rides. I can imagine how scared she must have been to ride and then to have that happen. I hope she is not branded for life and still enjoy theme park rides when she gets better.

Hey Everyone!! I am sooooo excited for the North East Trip!! My BF (deguy123) and I really want to go. I feel 2011 will finally be my year to go on one these trips.

I LOVE the Zipper!!!! I almost fell out of one here in MD a few years back. It was the carnies not paying attention. I love that everytime you get on it, its a different ride.

OMG this is soooooo exciting!!!! I totally want to stay in The Little Mermaid part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I am happy to hear the employees at Six Flags America had smiles on their faces and were not talking about guest. I live about 45 min from this park and usually get a season pass every year. I got tired of hearing about the employees personal lives while waitiing in line/them checking restraints/yelling at each other over the PA systems (things that should not be said while on the clock). Give em till July they will be at their normal selves.

Well lets plan it!!! lol I really want to go to Dorney this summer. I have not been there in YEARS!!! Done! We gotta stop at Kauffman's Chicken Ranch on the way home though... Perfect. Lets plan it!

I do not think its weird but a lot of my friends and family think it is when I go to an amusement park alone. I live about 50 min from Six Flags America and get a season pass there every year usually, mainly becuase of the concert series (the rides are just getting old and we gotta wait till next year for a new coaster). I will admit sometimes it does get lonely especially when I get on something where multiple people sit together like a river rapids ride. last year I went to Busch Gardens Williamsburg alone on my first real solo trip for 3 days. Overall I had a great time. I got to get on what I wanted to, eat what I wanted, and do what I wanted when I wanted. It was a tad lonely though. Especially when I got on the log flume alone lol. So I guess my question is is there a lot of people that go to parks alone? Also is there anyone else in the Baltimore area that would love to meet up and hit up some parks this summer? (sorry if this has been a topic before)

Six Flags America does not charge you for their additional haunts. They used to have Brutal Planet with did cost, but on the other side of the park they had a free haunted house.

Looks like a fun park. Would love the oppurtunity to go.
