  1. I am very excited for this pairing honestly. It is still too early in the game to say what will be done or not. I think that Disney can now open a new set of parks and call them Marvel World instead of trying to incorporate them into Disney World and Disneyland. The Disney parks are classic and I think Disney knows this. I think they would be awesome with producing awesome Marvel movies. They have the money to produce action packed movies and this will definitely open up a whole new audience for Disney with boys and guys. Lately, it has seemed that Disney was focusing on girls and tweens with Hannah, Jonas, and people of the sort. I mean their name is on National Treasure 1 and 2 and they were pretty good movies.
  2. Hypersonic XLC (Kings Doinion) Python (Six Flags America) Two Face: The Flip Side (Six Flags America) Hercules (Dorney) Millers Gold Mine (Jolly Roger) Laser (Dorney) Corkscrew (The Pavilion) Hurrican (The Pavilion) Whirlwid (Knoebels)
  3. I always find the back of almost every coaster more fun. Personally I want ALL of the first hill. By the time the back gets to the top the front is already partially down therefore they do get the entire first hill of a lot of coasters. Also the back gets whipped around by the front so that makes it a better ride for me. Especially on older wooden coasters.
  4. Mine: -Trimpers - Almost all carnival rides, but its a fun little park in Ocean City, MD -Splash Mountain - Small water park in Ocean City, MD -Knoebels - PA
  5. Honestly, the worst to me are Kingda Ka and Storm Runner. Both of these coasters have so much power at the end of each ride that they could have made them a lot longer by adding more backed turns, hills, cork screws, loops, dives, cobra rolls...just anything let the cars release the power without slamming on the breaks.
  6. This ride looks awesome! One of the best sounding water slides I have ever heard of.
  7. So I have never been to BGW before and I only about 3 hours away actually. As soon as I read that article I knew I had to go so I can get on the BBW. So I have planned a trip for 3 days to go to both BGW and Water Country USA. Are the lines at either parks long during the week?
  8. Medusa is the only one I have ever been on.
  9. Mind Eraser - Six Flags America Most boomerangs that still use the old original over the shoulder restraints The Tobaggon (Carnival traveling coaster) -There is one set up as a permanent attraction at Ocean City MD at Trimpers
  10. I have not been to a lot of parks but some of the woodies I have been on have had some awesome first drops. They are: -El Toro - Six Flags Great Adventure -The Wildcat - Hersheypark -Hercules - Dorney Park (Its not closed and Hydra is in its spot) For any coaster I get on I prefer the very back seat so I get all of the first hill. I think that becasue by the time the back is up to the top the front is already partly down the hill not going full speed.
  11. Summit Plummit at Blizzard Beach in Disney World Most of the slides on Pipeline Peak at Kings Dominion. But to me that is what makes them fun. I like the added adrenaline rush it gives me when I am scared of a ride.
  12. My first true real coasters were at Hersheypark. I remember the first time I go on the SooperDooperLooper!! I was sooo scared!!
  13. I want to go to Dollywood soooo bad! I have heard so many good things about it. Maybe eventually I will get the chance. One of these days I will get the oppurtunity to go on one of the TPR trips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. Gosh, I want to ride that coaster!!!!!!!!!!
  15. I would consider a coaster rare that was only open for a very short period of time like Flashback or is rarely open. Also I would consider a coaster rare if there are only 1 or a few of its kinda in the world, like Leap The Dips (supposedly oldest coaster still running).
  16. Some of my fave coaster names: -Sooperdooperlooper (Hersheypark) -Supersonic XLC (defunct) (Kings Dominion) -Hurler (Kings Dominion) -Talon (Dorney Park) -The Great American Scream Machine (Six Flags Great Adventure) -Roar (Six Flags America)
  17. I wanna go on one of these sooooo bad!!!! I wish I could afford it and had the time to take off work!!!
  18. The Haunted House - Ocean City Maryland Dinosaur - Animal Kingdom Skull Mountain (flume ride) - Six Flags America Skull Mountain (roller coaster) - Six Flags Great Adventure
  19. I wish I could go on one of the trips!!!!!! They look like so much fun!!!!!! I just do not usually have enough vacation time to go on one.
  20. OMG these trips look like so much fun!!!! I really wish I had the money and the ability to take off work to go on one!!!!
  21. Being able to go to Six Flags Great Adventure for the first time and getting on all them coasters they have for the first time. I have never been on such awesome coasters! But the number one memory is getting on Kingda Ka for the first time and sitting in the front row!!!!!
  22. Its sad. I hate when I see a park close or rather drasticly change their atmosphere like get rid of all the rides. That parked looked so beautiful and I have only heard nice things about it. Too bad I will never be able to experience it.
  23. I like boomerang coasters, especially the one at Six Flags America (Two Face: The Flip Side) because you face other people.
  24. Python (SFA) Corkscrew (Pavilion) Hercules (Dorney) Hypersonic XLC (KI)
