  1. Then there's always my personal favorite here... Mmmmm wonder what the "chocolate eggshell" will actually be made of - and taste like, heh heh. Kid-ding. But - possible, hmm? Its speaks for itself: "Kinder from Jamaica". Hey hey, mon. But the instructions ... look .... difficult.
  2. It's a water sillhouette (sp?) of California Screamin'! (Or some coaster's lift hill, lol.)
  3. I don't believe that with the vast circulation already going on with the green stuff, that there would be any doubt by regular users pre-legalization, that the 'taste' of a gov't-made smoke could be easily figured out, and such things as "additives and stuff" (and I understand your concern on that - mine too) immediately detected w/o problem. I thnk there's a few of us around the world, who know, and can taste, better or as good etc. and/or anything "funny" going on, heh heh.
  4. If grass gets legalized in any country, then the Government stands the chance of A) getting rid of major drug cartels and (probable run) gang related "business", like massive illegal grow-ops. Once it's legal, then the it's kind of dumb to try and make illegal profit off of it. They tried that with cigarettes for years, proably still do in small spots across the continent, but its really a non-issue, after legalization. and B) Profit, profit profit from taxing those little 20-packs or 10-packs (or however they'd eventually figure out out how to sell it)... exactly like they do with tobacco cigarettes. The profit from taxes alone on such stuff would easily cover (or make great stride$ towards) a few long-neglected (and usually greatly underfunded) social service programs found in Any City, USA. Or Any Town, World. Misuse by the consumer happens with anything and everything imagineable, from cigarettes to prescription drugs, to foods of various kinds, types and portions. And let's not forget good old legal drinking. Major abuse all the time, from "qualified citizens" who should know better, etc. etc. I have 'smoked' since I was in my 20s and I have had no possible connection between this and anything that has happened major in my life, personally or professionally (when I was working) medically and emotionally. It's always been other stuff at work. Overdrinking has been worse on my system, than a puff or two (or three or four, lol) has over what? Three decades of my life? Grass is not the same (and has been continually proven so) pill-type or shoot-up chemicals, hard drugs or the like. Alcohol and cigarettes are much worse for one's system, if properly abused. Over-smoking grass just usually gets you either more hungry or.... sleepy. Or both, lol. That's my bit on this. In My humble Opinion. (EDIT to add and usually when you stop smoking grass, you don't go into withdrawn crap like you do if and when you stop smoking cigarettes. For any give amount of time. It's easy. No big deal.)
  5. Looks great, so far. Never can have too many shoes, hmm? Looking forward to how the PINK of it all turns out, LOL!
  6. So, it's got a Canadian connection......eh? Great TR Divv. Thanks for putting it all up. And I thought it was amusing (at Sarkanniemi) how the hard core group held up in the Jet Star queue, waiting... and waiting and... singing Sunshine Songs, LOL! I kept wandering off, doing another ride, then coming back to check on how things were progressing... or not. And then - it OPENED! And then almost closed down again, drat! But, it was a false alarm, and everybody there got their Jet Star bliss, heh heh. (I think "Sunshine, On my Shoulder" {by John Denver?} was sung, too.)
  7. after all it's just a cookie.
  8. "Manchester England" from the TONY-winning Broadway Revival cd of HAIR
  9. ^^^ Your production looks great! Did it have a good run? Congrats for the production and hope you "Broke Some Legs" during it, heh heh. Where is this number from? I might know it, just doesn't "hit" me with it's title, lol.
  10. Warm feelings and big warm bear hugs to his family and friends and collegues (sp?). I think his face and voice was "the last rep of Disney" I truly remember in the past couple of decades. Rest. Peace. Joy.
  11. ^ Yeah, it was one of those 'awkward' GLEE moments. And realistically, it probably wouldn't have happned. Fortunately, it worked for me, as the whole thing was based on the club's Play List being leaked and snatched up by the other teams. Good old Sue, heh heh. This show has to have taken one to more bizarrely and rather eek-filled those-kind-of-moments and situations, than I can ever remember, from any other series in the past. Comedy, Dramedy, etc. Well, maybe Arrested Development comes close, but hey, this comes with songs & dance & well-intentioned attitude! It was a great first season finale, and the song they picked for the group to do, with the Award there (woo hoo!) and all..... ("My Life Would Suck Without You"......love it) was really good, well choeographed and I can't wait to re-hear that on CD 2 out now. Oh well, until April 13 then, we wait with antici...................pation... for. More. (Thanks RCFreak for that info.)
  12. GLEE > High School Musical Easy. More accessible for anyone and everyone to watch and enjoy. But - the Road to Regionals doesn't start until...... April*??? (*What I read somewhere. Sadly. Oh well, more time spent with the DVD when it's released, end of the month.)
  13. Re: Spanish in your Chinese... They're going more global (beyond the USA), obviously.
  14. ^ When I was in London for for the first week's previews, me and my friend were in the front row balcony. Perfect seats they were. But I noticed something, while looking at the theatre before it started. There - was Jeff Marx looking on to see how the previews were going. He was in a left front side box for the first half, but then moved up to my area within reach in another box section. So.... I excused myself, introduced myself to him, shook his hand said what a wonderful show he and everybody had put together. "And by the way..... I live in Vancouver." He guffawed and nearly fell out of his seat, lol. He thanked me and hoped we'd enjoy the second half. And - we did of course, hee hee hee. (And that Ugly Betty bit looked great LOL!)
  15. I teared up more than a few times, especially during the last half of the episode. And my my, somebody should try and figure out an Ensemble Category in the EMMYs for this show! I mean, they were all so very very good last night. Everybody. Even Sue, heh heh. Excellent finale. Now, on to Regionals!!!
  16. re: Avenue Q.... I nearly peed myself, laughing so much, during it's first week of previews in London back in (man, has it been that long?) 2006. Couldn't believe how brilliant it was, from beginning to end. Hope you enjoy it. Oh, I'm sure you will, LOL. And KACHING!!! Post #5353! I was born in 1953. It's a numbers 'thing' with me, heh heh.
  17. I've gotten some kind of infection, so it sucks. My face is puffed up, my temp. went up over 100.... It sucks.
  18. Groceries from Safeway. $46.02 And got 20 AirMiles for "Customer Appreciation Day"... Woo hoo!
  19. It really looks nice, esp. with the turkey there in the center of the pie. And I could swear the bird looks like a ceramic one! It really turned out nice for you - and the pie... To me, in my hungry humble opinion, lol. Thanks again for sharing another great (yum) "process" in baking. (What??? Whipped cream "on the side"? How thoroughly decadent, lol!)
  20. Not to "complex" what you're doing already - and it's very nice btw - you could pipe some coloured whipped cream on the pie itself and set the bird on that? I was thinking a yellow-wheat color... Turkey In The Straw? (hee hee hee) The bird looks pretty 'done to me' lol. Good work there! (Edit - remembered you ran out of yellow. Ah well, just a suggest.)
  21. "Rock the boat Don't rock the boat, baby - Rock the boat Don't tip the boat over..." It was fun and totally unexepected from probably the majority of us on the tour. AND they got it working for us which was great, too! All recent (non-)working history considered, hmmm? And I agree, they'll never get away with it in the States. Probably not in Canada, too. But it was fun. BROMS!
  22. The OZ Cake was OZ-some, LOL! Even without the figures (and "poppiesssss...") positioned in their spots, when I saw the pic of the frosted cake with the 'buildings' and road in place, I just smiled and smiled and.... Now you're adding to pies, too! The turkey looks as great as everything else you've shown us, so far. Looking forward to seeing how the painting turned out for you... and it, heh heh. Thanks again for keeping us wide-eyed and (for myself) drooling. Can't wait till mid-December!
  23. I think it'd be cool to try as a one-try kind of thing. I would certainly be interested in having a meal there, if only once. Would certainly get enough PR from TPR if the Alveys did ever include it on one of the "future Europe tours".
  24. ^Entertainment Weekly put in their recent issue a pic of 'the family,' Broadway.com picked it up and posted it there, so I thought I'd do the same for you guys. And I'm pretty sure you can all figure out who's who here, lolol. But ...... where's Thing? "They're back and just as ooky..."
