Toverland is really turning itself into an amazing theme park! And it all started with a Big Blue Box.* *Just a guess. Way Back When ~ Me and Others pulling The Horse ~ TPR 2008 Europe Tour. -

^ Very nice to read. Awesome! By the way, I believe I had not seen what the Trans Flag looked like, at this time. So.... I looked it up, and here it is! Cotton Candy Colors! (o:

Last Saturday, which was my 66th Birthday that day, I decided we didn't need to go out BIG for an expensive meal. Why not, use the Vera's Burgers Groupon coupon I bought a few months' back? That said, it was due to expire the very - next - day. Sunday the 31st. Good timing, huh? Burgers were awesome as always (we've been there before), and David could have an alcoholic beverage if he wanted to, since we walked there a few blocks from home. But he was more interested in the Free Refills! drink offer, with your burgers. So he went with that. And we ordered a Side of "Half & Half", 1/2 good Russet Fries and 1/2 Nice and sweet Onion R-ing-s. Here's our photos of our awesome meal there! http://www.verasburgershack.com/ David doing the Ordering Thing. Wider shot of the front of Vera`s. First of three (?) beverages. Me and my Lager. It was nice. David's ~ A BBQ Burger He's enjoying what he's got. So gross of me. I had the Cajun Burger. And it was soooooo good. As were the fries and ri-ng-s. He couldn't finish it, so Take Away! On the way home, we walked by these nice Cherry Blossom trees in flower. And a fairly obstructed view of the twin mtns. over that-a-way.

The new dark ride building looks nice and.....spacioussss. -
Enjoying one of my birthday presents - a cd soundtrack of a really neat animated movie...Small Foot. Great songs, recorded with great singers. And James Corden will surprise you no end, with his (sort of) solo! When you sometimes separate the soundtrack from the movie itself...wow, it's quite something to hear. Anyway, get this CD! It's a great soundtrack with gorgeous orchestrations and lively beats to most (if not all) of the songs.

^ What used to be there, before. Me and it. TPR 2014 Scandi Tour. ...And in the earlier 2009 TPR Tour, it was Much Wetter, too! Also a Milestone Coaster (of sorts) for myself. -

Never thought I'd be (probably) running to "the new coaster," when I was sure I was heading to the (still) new steel one, first. Hmmm. Looking forward to both of them. Eventually. -

Great TR Chuck! Always enjoyable, when you're guiding us through a park. Any park. -

^ Wow, I don't remember seeing a coaster ride vehicle, that "exposed", meaning....low to the track. It looks like they took a top part of the ride car off of it, but they're allowing people to still ride it. Pardon the sidebar. -

^ I didn't know, either! It wasn't until the first TPR Tour I went on (2006), to the UK "and beyond", that I rode HEX for the first time, and really REALLY enjoyed it, including the pre-show, etc. And I've been enjoying finding/discovering them and riding them, ever since. Here's some more photos of ones I've either ridden, or discovered they exist(ed)! And THANK YOU, to all of you who took these great photos of these various great attractions, outside and (sometimes) inside of them! Inner Workings of HEX at Alton Towers. Shot of Hanayashiki Park with House Of Surprise in back. Overview of Hanayashiki, with House of Surprise's roof, below. Noted. A well hidden one in Hokkaido Greenland Park. TPR 2013 Japan Tour. Entryway looks great! I love the outside architecture, put into this one. Speaking of Houdini's.... (o; Indeed. -
I let four years go by on this one. But - today I turned 66 years old! Scary, huh? Various things have happened to me in these past four years, and I am still riding coasters, still visiting parks, and still keeping up with The World in general. That said, here's a few photos from these past four years' adventures and travels I want to share. And to all of my fellow Aries... a Happy B-Day to you too! The year I turned 62, David and I went back to DLPR that September, and stayed onsite, which was great! We're going back in 2022. Our 50th Anniversary! In 2016, I went to my first West Coast Bash, which included a visit to SFMM. Hoping to get there again, this September. My first CoasterMANIA! at Cedar Point in 2017. With Bert and a photo op with The Snoop! Didn't travel anywhere in 2018, but I did do several visit(s) to the PNE, Vancouver's annual Fair.

Ha! They're playing on the radio now, a celebration of Diana Ross' (actual) birthday date - now - and she's a Diva 75! Song they're playing is "I'm Coming Out" which was our gay radio show (also name of show, Coming Out) theme song for several years on Vancouver Co-Op Radio! Started in 1978. Lots of things never get old. And are still STYLE. Which Diana IS.

^ Whoa. I am impressed. Both the photography AND THE RIDE, LOL! It's amazing what you can do, if you take out one helix....or more. -
I think the Best Option, for us, is to get those Cans (Tins?) of Boysenberrys! Easy to take back with us and wow, what an awesome thing for topping ice cream! At least 3 cans. Wait. The Knott's Berry Farm name is all over these new products! What happened with "S-m-uckers?" Is the "Marketplace" brand no more? Or both exist, now? I am interested, thanks. I even got my 2016 MP Bag up on a kitchen wall! (o:

On my radio station they're doing what they call a Deep Dive into an album that is celebrating a relevant anniversary. Such is this one. Madonna (whatever you think of her now) pioneered Female Empowerment, Sexuality, and a lot of stuff that is now "normal" in today's music by female artists. Man, it's 30 years old, now! Still good as ever, for then, and now.

These, for $16.00, with Free Shipping to Canada! I just bought my first pair of sandals from them (Gearbest.com), got them today, they're on my feet and they're really comfortable! So, I ordered my second pair, this pair, from this company, earlier today. In "Blue Orchid." (o;
