I would love to see this park saved, but who are we petitioning to? A piece of paper with a bunch of names on it doesn't make the money come back. It's a nice idea though. Who knows, maybe somebody will buy the park.

I got up to 37 this year. Hopefully that'll grow quite a bit next year as well. I'm lookin' forward to the steel poll now.

Man, it seems like parks are shutting down left and right. Well, hopefully this one will get saved soon. That's really sad to see this place. I can only wonder what is going to happen to the Pippin.

Well, chewing gum gives me headaches for some reason (I know, I sound like a nerd), but when I do chew it, I'm a big fan of grape Bubbalicious or Bubble Yum. Pretty much just grape.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I love the Indy 500 more than life itself. Anna Maria Island, FL is another favorite.

The word that jumped out more than any in that article is several... :shock: The word that jumps out at me in that article is all, as in "A decision is expected within the next three months whether Cedar Fair will go through with buying all of Six Flags amusement parks. :shock: Now to be honest, most of the CF parks I've been to haven't been that bad, but I'm not a fan of CF's decision making skills as well as their lack of respect for tradition and character. Plus, with how they handle Geauga considering how close it is to CP, I can't imagine how they would deal with three California parks.

^Yeah, these guys are pretty much a less glorified, Kentucky version of the Kochs. They are incredibly nice people that thank you for coming to their park and they talk to strangers like they've known them for years. I really hope the Rumbler does great things for the park. It's small, but it's got character. And like many of you, I too for some reason really like the name Kentucky Rumbler. Now, I'm going to add just a couple of my pics from today. Awesome pics Julie! Sorry I missed the Mickey D's! When I got home, I discovered my TPR hoodie awaiting me. Too bad I didn't get to sport it today and shwo everybody what we're representing. Yeah, see that tiny bump there? There are more! Yeah, did I mention it's kind of rural? Don't let that scare you away though. I bet this place is a lot of fun when it's open. I've never completely blacked out, as in passed out, but I've greyed on quite a few coasters. I particularly have trouble with Face/Off. My brother straight passed out during the first helix on Titan.

Got mine! Too bad it couldn't have come a little earlier so I could have been sporting it at the Beech Bend announcement. Oh well, the hoodies rock guys!

Yeah, it was a great time today. This coaster is the real deal folks. Jeff did an incredible job designing it. There are a lot of things about the ride that photos and artwork don't catch very well. Most of the hills and turns are still fairly low to the ground and there are some other features that are really going to catch people off guard. I get a strong feeling, though half the size, this is going to give The Voyage a run for it's money. It was an awesome day though. Lots of fun.

Wow, that's really disappointing. I can understand Mega Zeph being ruined in New Orleans, but I would like to think it wouldn't be that difficult to be refurbished and relocated to another park with more stable ground. Of course, what do I know.
