I am really craving Chipotle. I'm going to a monster truck rally tonight. Yes, laugh all you want. I've been going to them all my life and I think it's funny too. They are awesome though! "Oh, I feel so deliciously white trash! Mommy, I want a mullet!!"

Most Excited About?

I will be tickled pink if the Voyage has some crazy element that they haven't told us about, similar to the outside banked turn on Hades. I absolutely loved the outside banked turn. Definately the "WTF" moment of the year. -
Dominator- Though it doesn't go without ever getting mentioned, I don't think it gets mentioned nearly as much as it should. This is seriously a stellar ride. Judge Roy Scream- Alright, so this isn't an incredible coaster or anything, but it is a really fun little coaster. I guess naturally, if it's not a top ten coaster then it's not going to get a lot of comments, but I was really shocked by this ride. Top ten? Not really, but I never expected it to be as good as it was.

I have to go with Voyage. This thing is absolutely massive and looks nothing shy of incredible. Kentucky Rumbler is up there, but it can't quite surpass the Voyage. I don't want to suffer anticipointment, but I really think the Voyage may be one of the best coasters I've ever ridden when they finish it. Goliath at SFOG is also up there a bit. EDIT: Now that I'm heading out to California and Vegas, Tatsu is neck and neck with Voyage... assuming Tatsu is open. -
Tales from IAAPA 2005 With Photos!

Aside from coaster loving, I'm a huge race fan, so the first thing that really caught my eye was the interactive racing simulator. The PTC train with the buzz bar and no seat divider also just makes me drool. I'm really looking forward to going next year. -
Hey Elissa, can you make mine "Bumper Car Champion of the World"? Thanks a lot!

Post any injuries that landed you in a hospital!
Scaparri replied to Dainty Aqua's topic in Random, Random, Random
^Haha! I remember when you originally posted that! When I was five, I was running through the hallway of my house and ran into a doorknob. Blood everywhere, skull visible, lots of kicking and screaming, 10 stitches. That was fun. I had to go to the doctor when I had my car accident, but opted not to go to the hospital (had lots of cuts and possible broken bones, unofficially had none though). -

To answer your questions, it's effing nuts. As for the trains, they have buzz bars, so you can probably imagine. To give you an idea, I had bruises for a week from the seat belt. And that drop isn't the only moment of extreme airtime on that ride. -

That is awesome! For those of you who don't know, I'm a huge race fan (I often incorporate amusement parks with races) so this along with the previously announced F1 park are just the neatest things to me. -

I would love to have one seeing how I'm strongly attached to that ride (I was a ride op this summer), but I don't have an extra $80 to be throwing around, nor will I any time soon. Really cool though. -

I love this. I'm a big fan of Finding Nemo, so I am all about this. -
What have you been hit in the head with?
Scaparri replied to zaneymon's topic in Random, Random, Random
I haven't been hit in the head by things as much as I've hit my head on things, such as a doorknob, a car roof, and the ground one too many times. -

Holiday World (HW) Discussion Thread
Scaparri replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I keep getting more and more excited about this. This thing is an absolute monster. I just hope Holiday World is prepared for the crowds. At least they are playing this one smart and going with three train operation. -
Yeah, me too. Looks like that's the end of it for me though. Radar shows we are clear. What a crazy day. I think the tornado siren went off 6 or 7 times today.
-
The weather is really bad here. We just had a tornado touch down one mile north of town according to the local news/weather channel. The radar shows even more coming. Not good.

LMFAO!!!! Oh lord, my sides hurt. Thank you Wally, from the bottom of my heart. Anyway, while I agree with everybody that says you need to worry more about your education than what you are wearing, to an extent, that is irrelevant to what he's asking. Was it right for her to not take you to school because of it? No, not really. You should have some choice in what you wear. It's just different to her. I highly doubt there were guys wearing eyeliner to school back in her day.

SLC'S?
Scaparri replied to coaster_type_of_person's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The layout itself is actually really darn good. I've had the opportunity to ride a few SLCs back when they were smooth and they really are great rides. But that is very shortlived. Layout is great, but the ride sucks. You really get beat around pretty hard and the shuffling is horrendous. For guys, point that splits the legs on the seat becomes your worst nightmare when the shuffling begins. -
PowerPark Discussion Thread
Scaparri replied to mad_dog_BB's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
When I was talking with Jeff Pike of GCI at the Beech Bend announcement, he was telling us (Hilltopper and I) that they were planning on finishing the Power Park coaster's structure by November 30th and then coming back to Bowling Green to finish off the Kentucky Rumbler. Looks like it is going to be one heck of a ride as well.
