How was Alpina Bahn running? It always amazes me how these huge coasters are traveling and still give awesome rides.

Keep praying No, seriously. I really hope they go back to B&M. Dragon Khan proved that B&M can do wonders and it is about time the park gets a ride with a decent layout (Stampida's layout is really clever and nothing smart layout-wise has been built ever since). Only problem with B&M... when was the last time they built anything nearly as forceful as Khan? I'd hate to have a giant forceless B&M literally overshadowing such an awesome one.

What happens to the floor during the ride cycle? It looks like huge pieces move, but i can't quite see to where.

Still Boulder Dash for me (not that I'm complaining). What did everyone ride over the weekend?

How was the line for shock at night? Were the train dispatches often enough to make the queue move at a decent pace?

What is everyone's take on the fall's new shows? I want to like up all night I since i love both of the stars, but I just Can't get into it. I'm watching Terra Nova, though I think it's too expensive to last. Revenge seems great so far. That's all I've really watched so far of the new stuff... the TiVo is filling up with the rest.

^Do you prefer the slam into the lap bar or gentle? I prefer more sustained, somewhat gentle over being thrown into the restraint.

I like how Alton are tying the new ride's theming into an existing attraction, furthering the lore, but after 13, I am extremely worried this ride will also be WAAAAAAAAY overhyped.

For Halloween night I usually go up to my sister's so i can see my nephew (and new niece this year!). Not sure If i will since it's on a Monday. I am going to the bf's party on the Saturday before, but I'm feeling uninspired by this years theme.

No more dorky than the rest of us. Shockeave definitely has some fun airtime. Though I think NTaG might have it beat now.

I went from a 3G to a 4 and felt it was a HUGE upgrade. I assume to go from a 3G to 4s would feel similar. I'd go to a apple store and play around with it so you can see for yourself. I'm still not planning on upgrading yet.

I love compact rides and this one does that to an extreme. Does it spin a ton?
