  1. ^ but it's from a different manufacturer than Rockit. That's what is odd to me, this looks 100% like a Mauer Sohne, but it's Premier. Baffling!
  2. I remember going here as a kid. The thing I found most interesting were the alligators on the roads.
  3. ^Exactly why the name Deja Vu would fit. It's definitely going to give an experience that is similar to one that has happened before, RIGHT NEXT DOOR!
  4. My thoughts exactly. I know it's only an animation, but the cars seem awfully close to making it over the top of the inner loop. Did Premier buy Mauer or somehow lease their stuff?
  5. Think of it this way, if she keeps the "I''m xx and..." you'll get a new title every year. Sort of like a birthday present from the fairy every year!
  6. My last coaster was Twister at Knoebels on my way home from East Coast Bash. Deffinitely the lesser of their two woodies.
  7. I'm surprised CT only has a Tropical Storm watch when we here in RI have a Hurricane Watch. To you and all our MidAtlantic TPR peeps, stay safe!
  8. We have a very similar topic here. I encourage you to discuss this in that thread!
  9. It depends on the ride. I think some had cubbies (cyclone?) while others (like bizzaro and batman) make you use lockers.
  10. ^ Homeatly I would do the same. That way you'd be at home rather than Michigan if air travel shuts down.
  11. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Thunderbolt NEVER runs two trains. I have heard it's dent an accident years ago. I have found that the single train operation is made worse by lackluster load times. While the Cyclones first drop is still intense, I remember it being even more so before it was modified. Is that your recollection as well?
  12. I didn't feel the east coast quake. I for one am sad that I didn't.
  13. With Irene projected to hit much of the Eastern Seaboard of the US , I figured it was as good as time as any to bump this thread. What are you doing for to prepare? Post pictures (stay safe getting them). Or tell us your gripes and Rants. Persoanally I stopped construction on enclosing my porch (no use putting in more windows that could be broken) and will put all the misc yard stuff into the garage. I alwas have canned food and bottled water in case of zombies butbill prob make some extra ice to keep food cold if we lose power.
  14. Much like with Leviathan and Behemoth, I don't think people are complaining as much as saying it's odd to have a boomerang and a giant inverted boomerang right next to each other. I much prefer a GIB to a regular one so I'm happy and actually hope they're even closer to each other than that pic since I love rides to be squished together. Deja Vu will also be appropriately named if it keeps it's current name.
  15. Schwarzkopf Shuttle Looper?
  16. Are we really all size queens?
  17. I absolutely adore small parks and thanks to TPR I've been to Soooo many that I couldn't possibly choose just one favorite.
  18. I've been to SFGAdv so KK and El Toro. But he shortest... Is teeny weeny the shortest in the world?
  19. I didn't go to the last bash, but after soon three bashes this year, I'd def look ini heading up north for this!
  20. It's also extremely valuable to an enthusiast. This year I have been to several parks I have never been to before and used the TPR rankings and suggestions on time in the park to guide my planning. It's an awesome addition that will only continue to grow in usefulness as more and more reviews are added. Thanks Robb, Elissa, and TPR!
  21. I have been wondering this myself. I love the name, hell I've used it many a time in RCT, but the placement of the two seems reversed.
  22. Thanks for the review Chuck. Sounds like a goof addition to the park! Seems like a complicated boarding procedure.
  23. Or rotated 180 degrees I agree a new color would be nice, but hopefully not matchy matchy.
  24. So I guess this is happening. I cannot picture this area wit a gib. Hopefully they don't mess up te only part of the park that is still somewhat themed.
