This is why I hate these kind of threads, People just get upset/angry over them. I agree & totally disagree with certain comments made on this thread, but I won't be making any comment regarding any coaster. One coaster someone hates another will love. -

It's nice to see in the 'days' of Schwarzkopf coasters being closed or torn down, that one is being reopened. This now means I''ll have to go back to Mirabilandia for this coaster & more rides on Katun -

Robb, I've been looking at this site too today. There is a thread on the Flickr - Rollercoaster group about this. http://www.flickr.com/groups/rollercoasters/discuss/135160/ Here are a couple I've found already Cedar Point PKI Paul ' I hope these work' Chapman -
Overrated Rita:QOS - Alton Towers I still do not quite 'get' why so many people rate this coaster highly. First of all what a rubbish name. At least some of the other coasters at Alton Towers have names that kinda make sense or match the coaster well. Yeah I'd admit the launch is good if not awesome that however shouldn't make a ride good. People say how great the air time is at the end, yes there's airtime but airtime into the brakes is disappointing. Magnum XL 200 - Cedar Point One of Cedar Point's poorer steel coaster, I Think. Perhaps I was hoping more from it. I may even prefer Pepsi Max Big one at Blackpool to it. Underrated Any Maurer Söhne spinning coasters (The Xtended SC 3000 Version) like Dragon's Fury, Spinball Whizzer, Winjas, Tarantula. All of these are fun, enjoyable coasters, very re-rideable. You get almost a different ride each time, depending on how the car spins & at what place etc. Cornball Express - Indiana Beach. I had not really heard much of this coaster or the park before planning our USA 05 trip. But OMG what a fantastic coaster, those guys at CCI knew what they were doing.. Fantastic first drop .. Great airtime .. If you can at all can make it to Indiana Beach.. Go you will not be disappointed. Paul 'Sorry for rambling on & could of chosen many more coasters' Chapman

What Was The Last Coaster You Rode?
nemesis-storm replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
That was Tornado at Parque de Atracciones Madrid on Sunday 27th November 2005 -
With it being sad news the some classic rides are going from Blackpool. It's kind of sad that Rollercoaster is getting seat belts, but I am glad that they are not putting the 'old' Grand National trains on to Rollercoaster. This is what they did before with Cyclone at Pleasureland Southport by using old 'Nash' cars and thus ruining what was a great little woodie :?

Tornado is a good coaster, it's not the most interesting layout ever. The first drop is awesome I think ... the 2 vertical loops are good, with the second giving some great out of the seat feeling. I think you are thinking of Stunt Fall, thats at WBMW Madrid - which is a Vekoma GIB like Deja Vu. -

Hi Rob, first of all welcome to Theme Park Review - The worlds best theme park website Glad you liked the pictures, yeah the park was that! empty. Tornado needed a full train of riders (24) before it would go around. On the Sunday , it was'nt until 5 PM before there was enough people around for the coaster to run -

I'm not sure why scrap a perfectly good Schwarzkopf for an X-car, I'd prefer the Schwarzkopf . Tarantula is extreme as extreme these coasters can get, a few time as the car spun the +G 's slammed my head into the head rest. Yes there is a max height limit, to be honest I can't remember what it is though :? -

^ yeah Tornado is a fine coaster. A bit of head banging in the front few rows, Middle & the the end was smooth. Final set of pictures. I promise Oh yeah , this is how busy the park was. Both days the park was empty. T.I.R, a great little flying carpet ride La Máquina Rotor - A cool Huss Condor ride -

^^^ thanks for all your comments guys. Here are some more pictures After the first loop you go into a banked curve & into the second loop. You get some great 'hang time' out of your seat feeling on this loop. Tornado's first loop Tornado, A Intamin suspended coaster. The first drop was pretty awesome, reminds me of Batman:TR Tornado After the 2 loops you enter the corkscrew element Final element of Tornado is the downward helix -

I decided to goto Parque de Atracciones in Madrid, last weekend (26th & 27th November). The park was very empty on both days, anyway on to the pics. Well I got to the park. The park is very easy to get to via Madrid's Metro The park did not open till 12 PM each day. So I did a spot of sight seeing. I love Europe The contruction guys were doing a good job. X-Car track X-Car track As you walk around the park you see the construction on the new 2006 X car coaster As you walk around the park you see the construction on the new 2006 X car coaster Another piece of track into place
