  2. I tried ordering "Wild Rides" from Amazon once and got a DVD with a half-naked lady laying on the hood of a car. I am not making this up.
  3. Paul and interested parties: Right now it looks like if there was to be any kind of "carpool". It would leave ATL around 10pm on Friday and return to ATL some time Sunday evening.
  4. Sunday, Sept 24 Bengals at Steelers // Whoops. Wrong Thread
  5. Whoa. Didn't know that SFoG would be open that Sunday. Catrina has been kicking me in the crotch all summer to go there. Interested in a carpool?
  6. The Food and Wine Fest is my absolute favorite time to visit Epcot! It is probably also the most crowded time to visit Epcot, but as someone else stated, the ride queues don't suffer much. Most people are walking around checking out the food. Tons of locals visit the park during this event. October is kind of an interesting time to visit. Much smaller crowds than the summer, but there has been a major influx of European visitors in this time frame over the last few years. With the weak dollar, expect to see mostly English tourist during your visits.
  7. Ever stay in the area the area that time of year. Not too expensive at all.
  8. Ride ops would never sit someone in the "closed" seat .... or would they?
  9. Nice TR Derek. // dropping the kids off at Neverland never sounds like a good idea.
  10. Pierogie Races Rule!
  11. ^^ You gotta play to win
  12. I really need to get to a Combine Demo Derby. Wow.
  13. "... and thank you for riding Shake, Rattle and Roll"
  14. ^ The only thing that has changed since their last visit is that Predator has gotten EVEN ROUGHER.
  15. ^ It is pretty tough to get them just right. The trick is to get them just where they start turning brown. Go a little too long and they get real tough. // no wrong way to eat a pierogie
  16. The Wild Wonder strikes again. Call Court TV!
  17. I always found the hotels around the Lehigh Valley Airport to be cheaper (about 5 miles away). If you want to treat yourself, here is a little secret tat has worked for me everytime. 1. Go to Hotwire 2. Look up hotels in Allentown 3. Select the only 3-Star hotel they list 4. Book it for $60 It will be the Crowne Plaza downtown. Super nice hotel in a kind of mediocre neighborhood.
  18. Nice Wes. I am VERY jealous that you got to go to any kind of World's Fair. Overpriced or not.
  19. Catrina and I decided this morning that we would head to Geauga for the Starlight admission. Well, since we were in the neighborhood ... you gotta eat ... right? Welcome the Great Lakes Brewing Co. Grabbed a Braut and some Pierogies. BTW, people ... this is what pierogies look like. Yuck. Water. Won't be needed that just yet. Stopped into the Restaraunt (across the street) and grabbed a sampler. Unfortunately, Holy Moses wasn't available. How? Don't they make the stuff right across the street! We all know what the real deal though. A small sample of some of Great Lake's fine labels.
  20. Just a reminder everyone. Those concept drawings are from the failed Nebraska project. Although, it will probably be pretty fun in and when they use the same ones for this.
  21. Just cleaning off the phone to get some of my beers of the week. Friday. Mom is town and it is time to try a couple more of Memphish's brews. First up was the New Belgium Abbey Ale Why do I feel like the last kid on the block to get the hot new toy. Oh well. Stay tuned for my other Vertical Photo TR on 12.12.12 Kicking it in the house last night with some Vertical 06.06.06 The Jon ... The Bon ... The Jovi Welcome to Peanut Heaven! Here I am in the "500 Club" drinking some sort of crappy swill. Nickelback hits the stage, but most are still drinking in the lot. Wow. The Kicker dude is pretty popular. Sunday, we headed to the Stadium for The Jon, The Bon, and The Jovi. Tailgating require a fine piece of swill like this Miller Lite. The next night is was time to grab one of MCJACO's faves.
  22. Is that a hip-pack on your lap in the car? You're ready for the big time now. When is the Wisconsin State Fair?
