  1. #43 You have to love a guy that'll rip someone's head off and then pray for him to heal quickly. Then do it again.
  2. Gotta love that Riddler queue!
  3. Couldn't they just become vegetarians?
  4. ^^ if you look at his TR, it was raining off and on that day. "Optimal" operations on TTD send the two trains to the staging area about every 2 to 2.5 minutes. So you are looking at about ... 1080 ppl/hr
  5. It was loosely based on: history.amusement-parks.com/bobs.htm
  6. Question for the OP ... Do Carniverous animals offend you?
  7. With Gravity Group's (and CCI) history as a blueprint, I am about certain it will have 4-passenger PTCs.
  8. Six Flags started re-tracking it before they sold and then Cedar Fair completed the job over two seasons. It is probably in the best shape it has been in many years, but still totally sucks with the G-trains. Holden, I hope you are kidding about the whole "bobs" thing
  9. ^ Nice ass. When do I get to taste
  10. And that isn't just any regular bottle either. We're talking 22oz here! BTW, here is the Sharp Edge menu for anyone who is interested. sharpedgebeer.com/html/beer_selection.htm#emporium
  11. WTF! ----------------------------------------- www.thepittsburghchannel.com/news/9521026/detail.html Few things will change about Rolling Rock beer when it's brewed and distributed out of New Jersey next month, according to its new owner. Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc., which bought the beer in May, said the Latrobe brew's iconic green bottle will stay the same, as will the taste. The label will undergo a few minor changes, but the mysterious "33" will remain. "We are going to retain as much of the history and tradition and heritage of this brand," said Andy Goeler, vice president of Anheuser-Busch's import, craft and specialty group. Based in St. Louis, Anheuser-Busch bought the famed western Pennsylvania brand for $82 million from Belgium-based InBev SA. Latrobe Brewing Co., which made the beer since 1939, was not part of the deal. InBev said it is negotiating with La Crosse, Wis.-based City Brewing Co. over the sale of Latrobe Brewing. Anheuser-Busch, the nation's largest brewer, is already brewing Rolling Rock in New Jersey and will begin bottling it Aug. 1, said company brewmaster Doug Muhleman. The company also plans to expand to other brewing locations in the United States, Goeler said during a conference call Friday. "There will be virtually no change to the brand at all," he said. "The whole mission here is to keep all the things we love about the brand and keep things that were very important to us when we went out to purchase the brand." The label will retain the enigmatic number "33" at the end of its quality pledge. But the words "St. Louis, Missouri" will be added to the pledge, which will now be preceded by the phrase: "To honor the tradition of this great brand, we quote from the original pledge." And while the beer will now be made in New Jersey, the labels will still say: "From the glass-lined tanks of old Latrobe, we tender this premium beer for your enjoyment, as a tribute to your good taste. It comes from the mountain springs to you." The water will no longer come from mountain springs, but from the Wanaque Reservoir near Newark, N.J., Goeler said. "We locate our breweries where we know we have an excellent source of fresh water," Muhleman said. "And, of course, Newark is no different. ... We are very confident we are going to produce a beer that is indistinguishable from the beer that is produced in Latrobe." Goeler said he doesn't expect a backlash against Anheuser-Busch-produced Rolling Rock. "There's no question that the Latrobe piece of the brand is part of the history," he said. "As you start to get out of Latrobe ... that becomes less of a critical factor." He said the taste, packaging "and what the brand reflects" were more important than where it was brewed. Anheuser-Busch also doesn't plan to drastically change how Rolling Rock is marketed, Goeler said. "There's definitely a niche and a sizable enough niche for us to be excited enough to make it a key part of our portfolio," Goeler said.

  14. Derek, Nicole, Heath and Kim met up with Catrina and I for dinner yesterday at the Church Brew Works in Larryville (Pittsburgh). The following pictures are from CBW and Derek and Heath's first visit to The Sharp Edge. Enjoy. Derek went overboard into a gluten laden stupor. After finishing off the Apple Lambic, he finished off with the Cassis (Black Currant). Just ... don't ask. Duvel! My final beverage of the night ... You know it almost time to leave when Derek starts ramming large objects into his mouth. Hell ... at least it wasn't a foot. I, on the other hand, just can't seem to get it down. Derek takes the camera and proves his self-portrait style is the best. No worries Heath. If it comes on draft, it is not a fufu beverage. Even if it is red. Next up was a beer from some of Wally's hippy brothers ... Lagunitas Sirius. A tasty creme ale. No Nicole! Sharp instruments and alcohol do not mix! I opted for the special Belgium, Wittekerke. Even Nicole snagged a "Beer". Cranberry Lambic (Lindemans) on draft Catrina is handling her role as my DD well. At Sharp Edge it is all about the Belgium Drafts. About 30 in all. Of course, they have a great micro selection also. Derek is wondering just what kind of bar we are heading to Next up was the Sharp Edge in all of it's Belgium glory Derek and Nicole pose for a shot in the Church. I think Heath summed up the place best when he said "I think I am going to hell just for being here" Next up was the Celestial Gold with a really bad attempt at "Heathface" While Catrina and I waited for the others to arrive, I enjoyed a "Heavenly Hefeweizen". I still don't have the whole self-photo thing down yet. Standing outside the Church Brew Works The Church Brew Works

  16. ^ Nope. He will just have a one-on-one with God and implement the "Jazzland" option.
  17. Right now MF is down, but I am not sure for how long. In my experience, this is your odds at Cedar Point. Wicked Twister - 9 of 10 Top Thrill Dragster - 2 of 3 Millennium Force - 3 of 4 Most of the other coasters rarely ever miss a beat. // Wow. What do these three have in common
  18. ^^ There is a reason that they are the "old management"

  21. I think it was one of the first parks he visited. He had to see just how the others were before he could fully appreciate it
  22. Shapiro has actually been very intrigued with SFFT since his first visit. Not a big surprise to me that it is on "the list"
  23. Ha Ha. SFGAdv isn't on the "untouchables" list! Guess there are just too many people having sex on the ferris wheel.
