RctInfinity Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Hi people! I wanted to say that I rode RnR and it was awesome! Now it's my favorite coaster! This is my onride photo.. Sorry, my other photos are too big and I don't know how to make them smaller! But it was cool when it stops in front of the tunnel and counts down.. Then it takes your breath away! You feel a lot a positive G's in the turns and rollover loop. But in the corkscrew, you get some hang time! I ended up riding 4 times that day, on the first time I rode with my mom, then she felt too dizzy to ride again, so I rode 3 more times by myself! I would have gone 5 times if my head didn't hurt.. The new show was cool! Herbie appeared and there were "Radio Control cars" and cars that split in half! :o So I had the best day ever! Hope you like my review and onride photo. Edit: I hate it when you can only put one hand up because the side is blocking your other arm! I'm the kid in the front Next to me is my mom.
Erik Johnson Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Very cool!!! RnRC is the coaster that got me hooked on coasters as well. I am glad you finally got to ride it.
chauncey Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 I feel wierd that I haven't ridden it. I think it's the only major steel rollercoaster in the state I haven't been on. It's the only one I can think of. Glad you had a good time!
Erik Johnson Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Its ok, I still have not done Kraken at Sea World myself.
PhishyBrewer Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Stupid me... this whole time I thought RnR standed for rest 'n' relaxation, not Rock'n Roller Coaster. DUH Nice photo!
ECZenith Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Glad to hear you enjoyed it, it's one of my favs.
Florida420 Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Rode it 4 times... consider yourself lucky, when I was there a few months ago (summer...stupid me) I got the pleasure of waiting in line for about 2 and a half hours  , while watching all the fast pass people "pass" us by, while we literally stood in one place for about 15 to 20 min. at a time. Although it was no Hulk, I did enjoy it, but I would of enjoyed it much, much more if I had only waited 15 min. or less. BTW a little P All trivia, it was my 10th credit yippie (like you all care) :? P All "not going back to WDW untill EE is ready"
maliboomer Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Well done dude, things get a lot easier from here!
RctInfinity Posted September 29, 2005 Author Posted September 29, 2005 Yeah, since it was the begining of fall, the whole day the line was 20 minutes long!
dandaman Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 I got those same lines in August! Actually, I think I should post the link to my incredibly lengthy TR: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/showthread.php?t=62121&page=1
Hattuchili Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 I am glad you enjoyed the RnR. I really like that coaster, too! The DLRP version is my favorite of both! --Sören
coasterguy618 Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 RnR is a very fun coaster. I rode it when i was 9. I then went on it 3 more times. I used to love it.

Spookbaby Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 haha awesome I love that ride. Course I mainly like that ride because we told my Mom it was a slow moving attraction (such as the great movie ride) and she didn't know what she was in for until she saw the train take off... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
disneygurlz2s Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Way to go!!! I told you that you would love it! Shari
alpengeistdude321 Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Glad you liked it. I told you it isn't very intense!
Space Freak Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 RCT, Oh, a nice little trick that you can do with paint brush is make the pictures smaller. Open the picture up in paint brush. Then click Image on the top, scroll down to Stretch/Skew and then in the stretch horizontal box, enter a number like 70% and enter 70% in the vertical box. That will shrink the picture. Make sure that you enter the same number in both boxes or else it will end up all weird shaped. There is a little deformation with it, but i only notice when i am dealing with things with straight lines (Like engineering drawings). Rob
AllisonY2K Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 I wish more coasters would pipe rock music into the cars. I like RnR (not as much as Tower of Terror, tho) but I would only ride it using FastPass.
Nrthwnd Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Good you enjoyed the RnR in WDW. NOW, you have to beg and plead and drive your parents NUTs, so you can try out the RnR in DLP Studios! Then you can make a real good comparison of the two, huh? Only right, hmm?
coasterlover420 Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I must say, RnR is the coaster that got me hooked on launches!
